Came in at 9 o’clock on a Tuesday they close at 9:30 so I don’t expect food to be fresh but when I show up they don’t have any fried rice there chow mien is only cabbage and the worker said they won’t make anymore. I understand you close but in 30 minutes not in 5.

Whoever was cookin up the orange chicken at around 2:30 pm on 7-24-25 was absolutely throwin ts down! Give whoever that was a raise asap! Best orange chicken I ever had from Panda Express, perfectly sauced and the pieces are crunchy…what more can you ask for? Noodles were decent but the chicken for sure made up for it. The lady on the speaker and the driver through window was also chill.

I mean their ok…but you spend all this money on the steak…& most of it isn’t edible… start chewing it and it’s rubbery.. u might get 3 or 4 good pcs you can actually eat..the rest u gotta spit out & throw away

The foods not great its kore of a I am hungry and feeling lazy heck it panda is fine If you want fried rice make sure to make it clear don't just say rice My exp is with their crab Rangoon(not my type fo food) orange chicken( not even remotely healthy but very good) and beef broccoli very good likely not super hrlathy form sauce density but very very good.

Staff is soooo polite, respectful and they seem very happy to assist their customer. I was eating and the girl cleaning an areas asked how is everything. From the person serving to the cashier. Great team at this downers grove location

Amazing staff. I love panda and eat it often but I have never been to this location. The orange chicken we got today seemed to be super spicy compared to normal. They offered to make more and brought me a new batch in minutes. Super sweet staff and amazing customer service by all staff. Also very clean and positive talk could be hear between all staff (seems very rare now a days). This is definitely my new favorite location.
