Comfy and cozy. Nice spot to just sit back, put on some music, and maybe get some work done or write a personal journal. Always had great service from the friendly staff

this location is right by the office I work at and I love panera so I order it often - 9/10 times i order from here my order is wrong. I ask for no cheese in the french onion soup since they changed it from swiss to asiago cheese (which...?) and I receive it LOADED with cheese literally almost every time. I can never choose my delivery location through the app so I just decide to give it another try each time I want to order panera for lunch. It has gotten to the point where i expect my order to come wrong. As of today, I have officially decided i will no longer be offering any more chances to this Panera location. unless you want to eat what you didn't order, DO NOT go here!

If anyone is wondering: they have screwed up my order 15+ times 🙂

I recently dined at Panera Bread with my daughter, and while the food was mostly excellent, the experience left much to be desired.

We encountered a smoky environment after an oven mishap resulted in burnt bread, filling the eating space with haze and leaving our clothes smelling unpleasant. A fellow customer even approached us, wondering if they were imagining the haze—it was that noticeable.

As for the food, my daughter’s meal was hot and delicious, and my French onion soup paired nicely with the beef sandwich—at least for the first half. I had wanted just one half of the sandwich with the soup for dipping, but when my order came, it was a full sandwich and only a half-full cup of soup. There wasn’t enough broth to dip both halves, and when I politely asked for a little extra soup to finish my meal, I was told I’d need to buy another cup. For a $30 meal in a smoky dining area, I found that frustrating and disappointing.

While the quality of the food was good, the lack of consideration for the dining experience and customer service could

Paid $6.79 for a bowl of chicken soup. When I picked it up, it was only half full. I asked for it to be filled. The manager came over and told me "A bowl of soup is three ladies and that is what you got." I have never in my long life been served a half empty bowl of soup. Very little chicken, a couple of pieces of celery, mostly broth and noodles. I won't be back to pay good money for Corporate Penny Pinching Portions. I thought about buying a loaf of bread but it was $10!

Mornings I have Hazelnut Coffee and one of their
Breakfast Sandwiches (spoiler alert.... they're all delicious!).
Lunch during cold weather steers me in the direction of hot soup and sandwich and I have enjoyed them all including their new menu!
Stop by and relax... they make you feel at home!

They sided with a customer who was attacking a family and offered no assistance . Panera has seen the last of my money.

This places employees chose to help the attacker of a man and his pregnant wife instead of helping the victims who were attacked in their store. Unacceptable and I will be showing this fact publicly as this is blatant ignorance by this staff and shows people are not safe in this establishment and the staff will help those who pull this crap. Unacceptable

I really enjoy the food, but this particular store has really been failing me recently. Today I decided to give it another try.
I ordered an egg, bacon, and cheese, croissant sandwich with no cheese(I’m lactose intolerant)and chipotle Aioli. I got the sandwich with only egg and cheese. Not even bacon!! Then I called the store and no one answered. Very disappointing

Worst experience I’ve had in a Panera awhile. I’m a huge customer of Panera and decided to stop at this one on my way to work and ended up waiting 30+ minutes on a sandwich and soup. After 20 mins I went inside and asked what’s going on and wasn’t given a direct answer, just that they’ll be with me shortly. Waited another 10 mins and the people around me were also started to get pissed off as one even went up and just asked for a refund and he was also told he’d be taken care of shortly. There was at most a moderately busy but nothing that 4-5 line cooks couldn’t handle. The manager disregarded her customers and when I asked her name I was completely ignored. Genuinely the worst customer service I’ve seen at a Panera before and I’ve been dining with them for 10+ years.
