Just got home and I bought the sour dough bowl along with an aciago bagel both were dry and hard thru both in garbage. If wasn't already home would have taken back. Really disappointed cant believe they actually gave me that to me. Will be calling to let them know but just wanted to put it out there. If taking food to go make sure to check it before leaving

Ordered a lemonade with my food order , smelled highly like chemicals or something foul , made me very sick ! I tried to call to tell them something was wrong to stop other patrons from falling ill as well but they do not answer the phone ! Beware do not eat here as you may become sick & they do not care about the food & drinks they are serving up to unsuspecting customers

Dont visit this location. Horribly managed. I've actually called Panera corporate before and then clearly dont care. So many screw us on delivery orders. Just happened. Lets just say paid for alot more food. Then theybactually delivered. The store will frequently be out of available cups and napkins. Rude management too... when I showed the manager there were in fact no cups, they stormed off as if it was my fault.
I would add a photo but see if never got the items so kinda difficult. By the way this is through doordash and they are both at fault. Both the store and the driver have my order. Terrible customer service that is very typical of this store.

I use to love Panera, would go for breakfast or lunch and occasionally for dinner. But since they have moved to new location on Main St and 75 th the Quality of food, the service and ambience has gone down. This is a real shame.

I love Panera! I have the Sip Club pass and it’s such a game-changer — being able to grab my favorite drinks anytime is the best. The food is always fresh and consistent, and the service is so friendly and warm. The staff are genuinely kind and helpful, and the whole vibe is just cozy and welcoming. Whether I’m grabbing something quick or hanging out for a bit, it’s always a great experience. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

Female worker behind counter seems she would rather be somewhere else. One Coffee machine down 4 days now. Spilled water on the floor never cleaned up a sure trip and fall . Same staff member walked right by did nothing. Manager from corporate should respond. Otherwise?
