The place has decent food a little overpriced but that's okay is worth the extra.staff is friendly however there's one particular woman there she shows no emotions she's very dry and very robotic almost look like she doesn't want to take care of you. Normally when I go there they ask me for my number to see if I have any little freebies earned. she didn't even bother and I felt that if I say something she was going to blow so I walked away

Salad is not fresh. prepacked and stored. Humus is clearly expired and smells bad. I could buy this salad for less than 10 dollars at any store. 3 pieces of blueberry on Add on 1$. Paid ~40 dollars for two half STALE salad.

Panera Bread’s broccoli cheese soup was delicious! It was served fast, hot, and full of flavor. I loved the creamy texture and rich taste—definitely a comforting, satisfying meal. Definitely coming back next time.

Ordered on the app got everything right for when I picked up. Giving 4 since the girl in the back gave an attitude of thinking I was trying to lie to get a drink for free when it was clearly on the receipt..... Not happy about that.

I’ve been coming here for over two years to get work done and the staff have always been awesome! The place has always been very clean and it’s always been a great experience!
Put in a delivery order via the Panera app. They use Doordash for delivery. The driver didn't follow delivery instructions and I couldn't adjust my tip via the app. You have to call the store itself but that didn't help. Panera losses a star for that.
Also, I ordered their new Italian Steak and Mozz sandwich. What a disaster! It was the greasiest, saltiest thing I ever ate. I checked the nutrients list and found over 2100 mg of salt in it. That's about the full daily requirement of salt in one sandwich. Panera losses another star for that. They can be a salt lick if you're not careful.
BTW, their cream of tomato soup is still great.

I tried calling to place a catering order but no one picked up, I called multiple times I wanted to treat my employees with something other than the food provided by the company, this is ridiculous behavior I wanted to treat my coworkers to something different but no one picked up the phone
