Pepperidge farm allows flour delivery trucks to bang mallets loudly and consistently for hours throughout the day Monday - Saturday starting as early as 6am and often waking up our newborn. Pepperidge farm can easily put up a noise abatement wall but does not do so. Downers grove code enforcement claims nothing can be done. This leads to a miserable experience for all neighbors to this facility.

My appointment was at 10am I showed up at 8:30am they gave me a door and started loading me up got out at 9:30am it's a little tight to back up in some spots other than that it was a good

Great place. The first driveway is where shipping/receiving is at, but if you want to park overnight take the second driveway and go up on the hill past the employee parking. 30 minute unloading and nice people. I posted a picture of where I spent the night.

Tight space for a trucker but not so hard to park. Pick up appt. Was at 02:00 arrived at 23:30 but no one was there yet.We parked on the opposite side of the building when you pass the employee parking lot there’s a small yard.Came back at 0200 and a very nice guy was outside waiting, gave us a door right away, told us to slide tandems and was in & out in less than 1hr.

The phone number listed is for a State Farm agent. Then when you google the place for a number and finally get in contact with someone who works for Pepperidge Farm they inform you that they don’t have the numbers to other locations. What?!? How is it the customer contact number doesn’t have numbers for other locations for deliveries. Just sad!And the traffic is horrible here!Update to review. The unloading process isn’t bad here in Downers Grove, IL. I arrived just before 0800 for my 0800 appointment. Had to wait for a trailer to be moved from a door so that I can get unloaded but it didn’t take long. By 0820 I was backed into a door. They came to get my paperwork and sign it by 0830 then got started unloading me right after. The yard is very small but as a new driver I was able to get it so it is doable.

Excellent place for pickup. Very friendly and helpful employees. They really have a rather tight yard for docking specifically if any truck is in the dock. Very fast loading.
