The food was pretty good. The service was solid. The biggest drawback was packing up the food. The bowls don't lend themselves to pouring cleanly. I spilled a lot on the table and my pants as I was packing up my phơ.
The bathrooms and general atmosphere was fun and sophisticated.

Food was good. Service was kinda slow. Order spring roll , banh mi, and boba. Spring roll was good. Banh mi was okay there was no jalapeño. Boba was good. It was odd server handled that to me with a straw in it..

Made the mistake of assuming this was the same place as the one in Woodridge. Absolutely not! The quality of the meat they use is terrible and mostly fat. For the first time ever I didn’t finish my pho actually didnt even eat half of it. The garnishes they give for pho was a very small portion. 2 slices of jalapeno, a tiny slice of lime and the rest of the fixings. Will definitely not return and will never step out on my go to pho place again. Food was terrible but the lady working was nice and the restaurant itself is decorated nicely.

I recently visited this restaurant and tried their pho with vegetarian broth, vegetables, tofu, and crab. The dish was well-balanced in terms of the amount of ingredients; however, I found the flavor to be somewhat lacking in spice. It could have used a bit more kick to elevate the taste. On the positive side, the green tea served at the beginning of the meal was delightful and refreshing.
As for the atmosphere, it was generally acceptable, and the cleanliness of the dining area met my expectations. Unfortunately, the restrooms had a noticeable unpleasant odor, which was a drawback to the overall experience. Despite this, the staff was very friendly and provided good service, which added a nice touch to the visit. With a bit of improvement in flavor and restroom maintenance, this place has the potential to be a great spot.

Waited there with my family to get seated and nobody came for more than 10min so we decided to leave and eat elsewhere. There was no one at the door and they saw us standing there but never came to ask if we needed help with anything.

Solid mid-priced Vietnamese fare. A pleasant respite in a busy shopping area. Outstanding service.

The place is really cute! I like how it is decorated and it feels very inviting. I would not order the banh mi again though. The bread was overly crispy which made it hard to take a bite of the sandwich, the proportion of filling to bread was off so we ate the banh mi without one half of the bread and the char siu was not easy to chew like it was not freshly made. The beef lo mein was good and the bbq pork in the fried rice needed a bit more flavor. I’m willing to try to the pho next time.

My dish barely had any meat in it. The broth tasted funny and the meat was extremely bland. Not worth the price or experience.

The attitude of the lady boss is so bad, she doesn't speak human words, and she doesn't know who has offended her. The service is so bad!

First of all..NO!. If i were to go to a Vietnamese restaurant ,I would have liked it if the owners or people that cooked the food were Viet. Have never been to a Pho restaurant that was owned by people that was not Viet. The price was crazy for a small amount of noodles in the Pho. The soup was bland. The other dish did not look at all what it was suppose to look like. That was overpriced as well. The appetizer platter was not worth the price either. My wife ordered a drink that we never got. The banh mi was also terrible. We will NEVER go back there. They need to learn from a real Viet chef if you open a Viet restaurant.
