Even though things got messed up. I appreciate the manager and service I received. So I tried ordering 2 items through the app at around 12 pm to pick up at 4:30pm after work. Got the emailed confirmation of the correct time and everything. I'm guessing the manager called me at 3pm saying your order was ready at 12 pm but you haven't picked it up yet, so we're canceling the order and refunding the money. Of course because work is crazy(Healthcaređ) I never got the phone call in time, and I'm late to get to the store for pick up. When I get there the manager was very sweet and explains that he tried calling and that the items are no longer available because I didn't show up at the allocated time. I show him my confirmation email and he says he'll make them now if I wait. So I do, and the other employee starts a conversation with me, so I'm not bored while waiting. It was definitely a better end to a tiring day. To top it all off, the manager gave me the food items at no cost, even when I insisted on paying him for all the trouble. I sincerely appreciate all the extra effort that they did on my behalf and will be going again. P.S. The food was delicious!

If I can give this location 0 stars I would. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. They never gave me my wings I ordered because they âRan out of wings for the nightâ. So they gave me a credit. I just called to order under the credit I was given, and the manager said there is no credit, argued with me and hung up the phone. What kind of kid are you guys hiring as your manager?? I will definitely be contacting corporate. Hanging up on someone is UNHEARD of. You sure have a manager that is great at managing to piss off your customers. He needs to be fired.

My wife and I ordered food through the Pizza Hut app to be picked up at the Woodridge, IL location. This was on Sunday June 29. We ordered several items including a pasta item and their Chocolate Donut Bites for dessert. When we got the order home, the Bread Sticks that were included with the pasta item were missing. Both our receipt and the app showed that we were supposed to get Bread Sticks with the pasta item. We called the restaurant and the employee claimed that Bread Sticks were not included with the pasta item. Obviously, this employee doesn't know his own menu well. Then after we ate, we opened our dessert to discover that we had received the Chocolate Chip Cookie and not the Chocolate Donut Bites. Unfortunately, this is not the first time that this location has not completed our order correctly. Their employees must not do a good quality control check of an order before completing it. My wife wrote to corporate Pizza Hut to let them know of our poor, disappointing experience with this location. It took them 5 days to respond to us and the email stated that they were forwarding our complaint to the manager of this location and that we should expect to hear back from them within a few days. Today is July 21 and we still have not heard anything from the manager of this location. So don't expect knowledgeable staff, accurate food orders or responses from the management of the Woodridge, IL Pizza Hut location.

Okay, to start off I WISH I can leave 0 stars. Everything here is terrible. I ordered 16 wings on the app to pick up. I picked up when it was ready to pick up, to then have to WAIT 40 minutes. As I waited not only did I see 4 other walk in orders get their wings before I did. But the workers were all playing around in the back, one of them was on live propping his phone up on some pizza boxes to record himself. Another worker ( assuming to be off) walked behind the counter and talked to all the staff, making jokes, playing around with the food wide open. The worker that was on live, walked outside to the back as he blew his nose on his hand and walked back in to continue orders. As I spoke to the manager and asked about the people who got their wings before I did. His exact words were â when placing orders on the app we bump orders stating that they are ready when they arenât â. Once I received my order of 16 wings 40 min LATER after they were âreadyâ the wings werenât even fully cooked. This location is a joke.

The lady with long nails makes the best pizza there , when I pickup and she's the one working my pizza is so bomb I've noticed that . When I pickup and someone else is there it's burnt or dry, or undercooked , uneven distribution of toppings ect , I don't know her name but thank you thank you !!!

Felt like having Pizza Hut for the first time jn forever, big mistake. We ordered a medium tavern crust backyard bbq pizza and a large 3 topping pizza with breadsticks and wings. The 3 topping pizza and wings were fine. The breadsticks were like bricks and weren't even cut. Finally, the backyard bbq pizza was just.....a cheese pizza with bbq sauce... 0 toppings (no chicken, bacon, or onion). Tried to call the store several times and nobody picked up. Never ordering from here again, buyer beware!
