Okay, to start off I WISH I can leave 0 stars. Everything here is terrible. I ordered 16 wings on the app to pick up. I picked up when it was ready to pick up, to then have to WAIT 40 minutes. As I waited not only did I see 4 other walk in orders get their wings before I did. But the workers were all playing around in the back, one of them was on live propping his phone up on some pizza boxes to record himself. Another worker ( assuming to be off) walked behind the counter and talked to all the staff, making jokes, playing around with the food wide open. The worker that was on live, walked outside to the back as he blew his nose on his hand and walked back in to continue orders. As I spoke to the manager and asked about the people who got their wings before I did. His exact words were “ when placing orders on the app we bump orders stating that they are ready when they aren’t “. Once I received my order of 16 wings 40 min LATER after they were “ready” the wings weren’t even fully cooked. This location is a joke.

The lady with long nails makes the best pizza there , when I pickup and she's the one working my pizza is so bomb I've noticed that . When I pickup and someone else is there it's burnt or dry, or undercooked , uneven distribution of toppings ect , I don't know her name but thank you thank you !!!

Felt like having Pizza Hut for the first time jn forever, big mistake. We ordered a medium tavern crust backyard bbq pizza and a large 3 topping pizza with breadsticks and wings. The 3 topping pizza and wings were fine. The breadsticks were like bricks and weren't even cut. Finally, the backyard bbq pizza was just.....a cheese pizza with bbq sauce... 0 toppings (no chicken, bacon, or onion). Tried to call the store several times and nobody picked up. Never ordering from here again, buyer beware!

I came in at 9:30 pm 08/05/2024, the lady had gorgeous long pink nails, you know who you are! She made me the best boneless wings I’ve ever had, I normally just get the wings with the expectation of it just being a quick normal wing, but she cooked them to perfection! They were so crunchy so flavored and just gorgeous!! Thank you thank you, I wish I got her name but I will be back asap

It takes effort to actually make something this bad. Which could have been put into just making the food the way it’s intended to be made. 0/5 stars would not recommend this location . Upfront person also seems fed up with life entered in said hey how are you looks down says name no hi no I’m doing good nothing. Hands food I say thank you doesn’t even respond. Alrighty than.

After being in the room with my father and seeing how disrespectful the man who answered was I will never shop here again. We had a refund attached to our last order because Pizza Hut messed up and put small bits of sausage in the pizza while we cannot eat it. The lady answered apolgizes saying we would be refunded through the phone number. Later in the week we tried ordering and this man clearly angered from ther get go explains how he cannot help us and begin to yell.
I ordered a delivery and it never came, I called the store and they kept saying it would arrive soon, but the store closed and still nothing. I called the next day and they refused to give me my money back or give me my order. The guy I spoke to thought this was perfectly fine, stealing $40 from me.

We order here weekly, Victor is by far our favorite person who helps us almost every time.He is kind, funny and exceptional customer service which is why Pizza Hut is the only place we order from in the area!

Pizza Hut in Woodridge is exceptional. Food was ready. Service was fast and incredible. The atmosphere was peaceful.
