I ordered a delivery and it never came, I called the store and they kept saying it would arrive soon, but the store closed and still nothing. I called the next day and they refused to give me my money back or give me my order. The guy I spoke to thought this was perfectly fine, stealing $40 from me.

I had some pizza delivered to my APPARTMENT sunday 11/5/23 and all I got was a single pizza. I placed the order and never got a text, call, notification, buzzer, email, or anything that my food was here. i then decided to check the front door of my complex to see if my food was ever even delivered, just to find it just on the floor where people frequently walk. upon bringing the pizza inside I found it was as cold as Antartica on a cold windy night. i then called the store to figure out why I was never notified that it got here and why it was super cold and the person that answered the phone seemed to not care one bit. I then tried to ask for a refund or a new pizza to be made and delivered, and that went absolutely nowhere. they just seem to not care about the customer. In my honest opinion, just go to the Los Arcos next door, they actually know how to take care of the customer.

Ordered a pizza at 10:12 pm got a notification it was out for delivery at 10:30. I called at 10:55 to ask how long it would be being they closed in 5 minutes. The guy on the phone said they gave all of the deliveries out and to be patient. My pizza NEVER ARRIVED !!! They literally stole $40 from me. & I have to wait till morning now to even contact someone. This is ridiculous. Please don’t ever go to this place. I am typing this an hour after my pizza was supposed to be on the way. I live 5 minutes from the Pizza Hut there’s no way it took them an hour. They closed and never called to explain to me anything about my pizza. I will be contacting corporate first thing in the morning and if I’m not refunded will be contacting the BBB to report this property. You guys don’t know if that could’ve been someone’s last. I hope this location gets shut down. Nothing but bad reviews all around.

We came at that pizza hut location to a dinner on Sunday. The store looked messy and not clean inside The asian service male was very mean. He definitely has to take some training on how to behave with the customers. Otherwise the owner of that store will lodt all its potential customers.

So we ordered pizza and fries , no complain with pizza. But the fries were 4$ and when I opened the big container , it was less than even regular size of McDonald’s fries , there must a problem with packing by any employee because I’ve had fries there before this was not the usual amount which I got. I called Pizza Hut to complain about that . Rather than accepting the fault , they said it is what it usually comes with and said you can complain if you want .“”” would notRecommend this place to anyone””

Had the pepperoni New York pizza today and some boneless bbq wings. Great price and tasted great. Nice and hot too. I ordered the combo for $19.99 so the price was great too. Perfect experience for a Friday night.
