Hateful and dismissive attitude from the African American lady manager. I visited this place at on April 12 at 10pm. Her disrespecting temperament loves to reverse engineer problems/issues with her food onto the customer without accepting any blame. She has no problem solving or communication skills and will rather speak over and above you.

When ordering extra crispy, French fry is realized that they're gonna hold the rest of your food until those French fries are done, which makes your food cold is when it comes.So make sure that they give you those french separately and give you food beforehand

This Portillos has the DIRTIEST bathroom out of the many Portillos I’ve been to. There was urine all over the floor of the women’s bathroom. It smelled horrible!! It was extremely disgusting! I could only imagine how nasty their kitchen is and how low the standards of cleanliness the manager has for this location. We will never return to this Portillos location and I’ll let our family and friends know.

This was my very first time at Portillo’s, and I loved the customer service at this location!
The manager was so kind and friendly, and helped me while I was ordering to ensure I had a great first experience.
I’ll definitely be coming back to Portillo’s. excellent food and service!

Bad service I had my son go and place a $45.99 order and we we checked our bag we were missing a Lrg fry . I had him tell the associate about it and the manager looked at him like we were trying to still fry from his restaurant.

Here is what I wrote to their manager. I thought I would go inside and get my food. I was going out of town and was in a hurry. I know I should have checked it before I left. They mess up orders constantly at this location.

I went inside to place the order since I hoped it would be a better experience than using their terrible app. However inside they have the automated kiosks so it is basically the same experience. I hate these kiosks! I chose to wait for a person and they did take my order accurately. However I forgot to check the order before I left and of course didn’t feel like going all the way back for the missing item.

This happens at least 50% of the time at this location. Maybe they don’t like me hahaha. Who knows. However what they did remember is super delicious so I have no problem with the food. I wish the staff filling orders at this restaurant and frankly every restaurant wasn’t always the dumbest person in the building. I mean that is always true, isn’t it?

“I placed an order and your stupid staff forgot something. I was in a hurry so I didn’t check it. This has happened several times before at this location. The restaurant was not busy. It was about 11:15 today when I placed the order inside. I actually thought the restaurant wasn’t closed. It was literally that empty. The person who took my order was good. The person who can’t manage to put all 4 items in a bag instead was not. She only put 3 of the items in the bag. Please teach your staff to count to four. This isn’t the first time this has happened.”
