3 times in a row over the course of 4 months they have messed up my Online Order. But today was my limit and I called to complain about being charged for 2 Large cokes and I was missing my Jumbo dog from a group order. When I called, the person that answered acted like they could not hear me but was very rude about it “I can’t hear anything you’re saying, your connection is bad, you’re breaking up” they hung up. Crazy, since I was very polite and understood that mistakes happen, I was just fed up with repeat mistakes happening. I’m hoping to order from the Portillos in Willowbrook or Elmhurst before I give this location another shot. This location sucks.

They have slipped and became Mc Donalds.which offers better food and by far faster service.also when in drive thru why are you locked in.What if you had emergency.Who desinged it.My store in downers grove has been torn down and rebuilt about 4 times.that means you are maken huge dollars for something i can get hot and get it cheaper than portilios and you desrve no capitals in your name.I worked for wendys for 16 years corp.and franchise.corp.5 cents on every dolllars goes straight to them.Franchise only have to give corp 3 cents on dollar.But iv never seen franchise in portilos you just suck us dry and i know who bought portilios and why Ed gave it up.i was in jail with son who was herion addict.Im no saint and yes im a addict but not to food Warren Buffet now owns and Ed was tired he got one billion dollars to walk away.And he really didnt want to his Wife made him do.and his first store or cart was at maywood at the track.First store Villa Park il.of north av.stiĺl there!!!!!
