Great customer service and the food at this location was top notch. The wait was a little too long but definitely worth it. The employees were very hard working and deserved their tip for the great work. Wish they had the endless shrimp deal but it was still a great overall experience.

I came here excited, since it’s been years since I had last been to a red lobster. I was completely disappointed. First, the food was bland, and the plating looked sad. I had gotten the dragon shrimp (I’m forgetting the name), and it barely had sauce. Easy fix, I could have asked for more sauce on the side, but our waiter was nowhere to be found. That leads into my second complaint. The waiter did not check on us at all. It was hard to call him over too, because we barely saw him. We did not get offered any refills at all, on our drinks or the complementary biscuits. The service was the worst part, honestly, I do not recommend.

still the same type of chain restaurant experience. Two and a half stars might be more accurate. Booths are intentionally left somewhat dark, prices always seem a little too high for the food you're getting, staff there are *mostly friendly, but probably just want their shift to end . I feel bad for the factory-farmed lobsters in the tank that have to, well, get that "not so fresh feeling " when having orders come through, while also having to stay there in a tank the whole night.
