I really wish that they would stop advertising the crab boil bag as if it is a real crab boil bag because that's sauce or whatever it is is they put in a bag is of no comparison to a place that actually offers crab boils

Extremely understaffed we had reservations for 6 PM for a party of five and both of us shut up within three minutes apart, and they sat us and different tables. My daughter was placed in an inside table and I was placed in a separate table. We did not know we were there together at the family. My daughter texted me. We reconnected after that. The food took about two hours we had asked for a medium well steak and we received a bloody. I think it was still moving and then we all ordered Sterling steaks but we received three different types of meat. It was the worst service ever experience missed the old red Lobster.

This is a review based on the service level at this location. I ordered online two hours before my pick up time. I received a text from the restaurant 30 minutes before my pick up time saying that my food will be ready and to text “here” when I arrive at the curbside pick up location. I arrived at the location on time and texted “ here” and received a response that my food will be out momentarily. After sitting in the car for 15 minutes, I proceeded inside at which point I was told by food was not ready. I then went back out to my car where another 15 minutes had passed before my food finally came out. Ummm… hello?!!

Red Lobster Dowers Grove has excellent service, are host Anthony was very friendly and explained the options for are sea food boil very well. Also continually refilled our drinks when he noticed we were low which I loved because I am a heavy soda drinker!
