Way to expensive and food is super greasy and salty , and they don't understand English very well, tell them something and they just look at you and smile like they are confused ?

Very disappointed in the place in general. Food was terrible. Their “fresh cut fries” were black and had no taste. You probably have a better chance getting more flavor out of an old piece of gum. I ordered a hotdog and the bun was cold. There was a green unidentified substance in my hotdog and I have no idea what it was. My hamburger bun was also freezing. I also ordered a gyro and can’t believe that people consider it a “gyro”. My total was 51.00 and I am still hungry.

First time being at Scoobys. I was very disappointed. Born and Raised in Chicago, i didnt get that Buona Beef flavor i was hoping for. Fries had no flavor, they were darker than normal which means the oil for the fryer has not been changed in a long time. No flavor on the pizza puff as well. Hot Dog was ok, cheap on the mustard. Not worth the price or the trip.

Today, 08/12/24, I left Scooby's at approximately 11:45 with a Gyros and small fry totaling $14.34. I usually go there and have a great experience but not today. Most establishments cut the lamb right off the spit and prepare the sandwich, Scooby's cuts it prior, which is fine and places it on the griddle to reheat. Today they burnt the living hell out of the lamb and well overheated the pita, after taking a few bites out of the sandwich and realizing it was not really edible, I elected to dispose of it along with the fries since they were undercooked and not like the Scooby's reputation. I hope the owner has the opportunity to review this and make the appropriate changes so other customers don't have this disappointing experience. As Americans we try hard to support our local businesses and work for our income but in this case, it was huge let down!

Ordered a couple hotdogs, fries and drinks for my 4 year old and me. My son dropped his hotdogs and they replaced it and refused compensation for it. Food was fresh and delicious!
