my father said the Naperville location was good so we tried out this location. And im not sure if its just this location or what. But the brisket burnt ends weren't burnt at all and it felt like eating grizzle. Way more fat than meat. Not fun. The lady who took our order was low key rude and i genuinely regret the 50 i spent here. At least my niece liked the mac and cheese and shes not picky but thumbs downed everything else. And honestly same kid.🥴

Been meaning to write a review for this place. I pre ordered Thanksgiving dinner 4 days in advance at this location for a given time. When I arrived to pick up, they immediately tell me they don't have it and I must be at the wrong location. I continue to mention that it's the correct location and at the correct time and provide them with the email confirmation. They again mention they don't have it and therefore too bad, after some scrambling in the kitchen, they finally agree to give me a whole turkey (that belonged to someone else) and provide me sides I didn't ask for after waiting for 15 min. Not once did I get an apology nor a credit nor something for my troubles. The food was decent but that experience left me not wanting to go back, I understand mixups happen but you can always provide good customer service. While I understand mixups happen, the follow-up service could have been better.

We picked up Sharko's BBQ at the DG location and brought it home to eat. The ribs, pulled pork and sauces were awesome! We gobbled up the baked beans, very tasty, even for a 10 year old boy who is picky. The Mac n cheese is very saucy/creamy if you like that style, but we would choose a different side next time. The brownie was also very delicious. We will definitely be back as it was quick, easy to order in-person and close to home. The online ordering could use more descriptions for the meal deals. You are also not able to just see the menu on the website, you have to go into the ordering platform. Overall great meats and sauces that are worth going back for.

First time visit here today. My husband and I are from Chicago, and great barbecue is difficult to find nowadays. This place has a GREAT MENU. Ribs, brisket grilled cheese sandwich, baked beans, spinach casserole, coleslaw, cornbread muffin, chocolate frosted cake ALL DELICIOUS. My better half claims BEST PICKLES he's EVER had. So, YES, this is a MUST TRY !!! We will be going again, especially with family and friends, to prove to them there is still great barbecue around Chicago.

We used Sharko’s for our community wide BBQ and not only was the food terrific, Ron and his crew did a great job and helped make our event memorable. They served almost 400 people and everyone loved the food and the event. Thank you for a great evening!

It wasn't busy at all but the lady who greeted me was rude/borderline kinda racist. I didn't appreciate how she assumed I was picking up a delivery order as if I wasn't an actual customer/human being. It was weird, slightly condescending and rude. Won't be going back at all.
OMG! I was hit outside by the aroma, so that had me. When we entered we were greeted, very friendly. So many options. My husband got the Judges Plate (pork, brisket, 2 ribs and 2 sides- green beans baked beans). I got the chicken off the bone plate with mac n cheese and corn muffin and a lemonade to drink. When I say God came down and cooked this food, it was absolutely delicious 😋. Everything was seasoned, had just enough bbq, and the lemonade was just perfect. I will be visiting again. 5 stars across the board.
