Arrived at this Smoothie King yesterday at 8.44 pm and the door was already locked when on google it says they are open until 9 pm :(
I called the store and two employees came and opened the door and told me they cannot serve any smoothies as they have already cleaned all the equipment and put all the ingredients away…
Very disappointed that after my workout I could not get a smoothie.

I received my metabolism boost and it was not filled to the top. The employee asked if this was ok or if I wanted to wait for another one to be made. At this point, it had already taken 10 minutes to make the drink. I really enjoy Smoothie King, but this is unacceptable.

Horrible. Ordered through app. Issue with delivery and items not delivered. Employees were rude and offered nothing. Not even a refund for something I paid for and didn’t get. Again, I ordered through smoothie king app. The bowls that did come had hair in them. What a terrible experience.

Omg i just tried the berry bowl and woahhhhh it's now my new favorite food altogether. I am obsessed with the mango smoothie but this just surpassed my expectations

My husband and I used to come here often but the service as of late has been very fickle. Today, 1/19/2025, the two ladies working solidified staying away from this location. When we received our order, we weren’t satisfied with it and asked if we could get something else for equal price and was immediately told they weren’t able to accommodate our request. No effort for other suggestions or anything. Just flat out “We can’t.” It saddens me because this location was once great but every since they’ve changed ownership, things have been fickle. We won’t be back.
Nivi was so helpful, I'm struggling with really bad morning sickness and she helped me choose a smoothie that helped my nausea. Plus, I left very happy with my smoothie!

I visited this location last week and unfortunately, I won’t be back. When I walked in, I said hi, but they just stared at me without acknowledging or responding. They seemed uninterested and unhappy to be there.
I placed an order for three drinks, but instead of starting on my order, the employees both took the order from the customer behind me and made her drink first. I ended up waiting over 10 minutes before they began making mine. When we finally got our drinks, one of them clearly had soap in it, it was undrinkable.
I didn’t want to deal with it any longer, so we just left. I won’t be returning to this location.
Edit: They reach out to negative comments asking you to take additional steps by emailing them another time to see if they can resolve this issue. Just to be clear it’s an additional waste of time nothing comes from it.

Their was a short black hair in my mouth from the smoothie they need to take better care of their equipment make sure it’s washed properly without hairs in it
They dont honor the promos on the posters!
