Starbucks may need training on providing Quality customer service. For instance, when patrons walk into the low end stores like Family Dollar or Dollar General their employees greet you walking in the door saying “Welcome to...” and they may not even see you. Their greeting let’s you know that you are acknowledged. This particular Starbucks had approximately 5 baristas behind the counter. There was 1 white woman being serviced at the pick up register. Great employees! As I was leaving the Starbucks at target I dropped my original drink and having two small children with me I didn’t want to drag them back into the store to get a replacement. I called this Starbucks on the off chance that they’d replace it (since it has a drive through I wouldn’t have to get everyone out of the car) and they said it wasn’t a problem! They replaced my drink free of charge and were very caring throughout the transaction. Thank you Sam!...read full review
