Mobile order not ready when I arrived on my way to the train. Just a tall, black coffee. No telling where in the lineup my coffee was. No way to cancel my mobile order. Missed my train waiting for my coffee. Delays can happen, but there's no help in managing around the problem.

Update in response to Starbucks' suggestion to get in touch:
I actually tried to call customer service the morning it occurred, but the wait to talk to someone was >10 minutes. I kept getting referred to FAQs and the chat bot, which weren't helpful. I felt like this was the only place to air my issue.

Definitely a letdown of an experience. Being so close to this Starbucks, it's disappointing how rude the staff are here. This wasn't my first time experiencing it here, but given the fact that this happened multiple times, I'll definitely be going to a different one moving forward. Despite the convenience of it being walkable, it's not worth it if this is the way it treats its customers.

Used to come to this starbucks all the time with the wife and kids and friends, but no more. Walked in with the intention of picking up 4 drinks and some snacks for wife and kids to take home, but was refused service because I had a cup of tea, which the guy at the register said was an outside drink. I told him multiple times I was ordering stuff to go, and he very rudely said nope nope, you can't order. He was extremely rude and dismissive. Never heard of a business turning down money. I will never come back here and will make sure to let anyone in the Downers Grove community know how I was treated. Never treated like that in my entire life.

I take walks downtown and have stopped here multiple times to use the restroom. It was never a problem with the staff but today I was told I had to buy something to use the restroom.

I just can’t thank you enough my sister lost one of her diamond teardrop earring someone turned it in and it was returned to my sister. She is going through a divorce and has been really struggling lately. This just shows there are honest people out there. Gave her faith and hope again. Thanks again it meant a lot to her. Made her day!!!

I went in twenty before closing today. The barista very publicly acknowledged me and everyone stared at me. She said they weren't taking any more orders, despite there still being twenty minutes until closing and only one person in front of me. She was extremely loud and singled me out. I have social anxiety, so even going out is stressful for me.
