I take walks downtown and have stopped here multiple times to use the restroom. It was never a problem with the staff but today I was told I had to buy something to use the restroom.

I just can’t thank you enough my sister lost one of her diamond teardrop earring someone turned it in and it was returned to my sister. She is going through a divorce and has been really struggling lately. This just shows there are honest people out there. Gave her faith and hope again. Thanks again it meant a lot to her. Made her day!!!

I went in twenty before closing today. The barista very publicly acknowledged me and everyone stared at me. She said they weren't taking any more orders, despite there still being twenty minutes until closing and only one person in front of me. She was extremely loud and singled me out. I have social anxiety, so even going out is stressful for me.

Overall a good Starbucks location! Staff is always friendly and quick with the orders. However, the space isn’t the best. It’s a very busy location being right by the train station and I expect it to be crowded but the way the store is set up, when you walk in the space immediately feels cramped and there’s always a traffic jam of people trying to come in, come out, get in line, or wait for their drink. Would love to see this space revamped a bit.

The staff is super friendly and nice. It was a bit hectic in there when I stopped in. I was hoping to get some work done and chill but def not the best atmosphere for that. Lots of families and kids and such.
It’s a cute little downtown area.
The parking was confusing. I was unsure if I was going to get towed.

The lady at the register LITERALLY groaned in my face! When I asked for a WATER cup I couldn’t believe it. She then looked back at her coworkers and asked them if she could give us a water cup. It’s not like it’s coming out of her paycheck!!!!! Very bad attitude

Here’s a great update. I had to now just stand in line while the cashier discussed plumbing within the building with some guy. Line piling up and this dude just keeps talking ignoring people asking if there is another register. So bad.

Unfortunately same story as most places these days. Crappy management can’t keep things in stock well. Doesn’t care that it’s not in stock. I actually was told. Oh I ordered it it will be here in two days. That does me zero good today. Such a silly answer.

But this is all poor management. There’s more details there but not worth it. Also items actually available don’t match website. Again just poorly run all the way around.

This Starbucks has good employees - often my son and I will walk our dog into downtown DG and before heading home I'll give him money to go into Starbucks to get a snack and a drink before we head home while I stay outside with the dog - we've been doing it for years and the employees have always been so helpful - my son always leaves there feeling quite grown up. The establishment itself is clean and the orders are always correct.

I just visited this Starbucks location five minutes ago after spending $17 on two drinks at that point I asked for two small kids waters which the three employees working said we do not do kids water, with attitude. They were extremely rude for the price we are paying for coffee. I hope you’re listening to me right now since the company sales are down this could be a main reason. you need to re train your employees correctly and I think this location needs those three employees attitudes check
