Asking for a straw for your iced coffee is like asking for a kidney. The disgusting looks and attitudes you get when you simply ask for a straw is crazy. If it annoys you this much to hand a paying customer a straw, then leave them out on the counter and we won’t “annoy” you.

I ordered a blended refresher on the app and picked up at the drive-thru. Service was great and the cashier was very nice. Only problem was that there was a hair in my drink, but by the time I looked to see it, I’d already driven away.

Waited 30 min for them to start my drink (after I asked twice) and then it was left sitting for at 5 min in the blender and I had to ask for them to finish it. It was made incorrectly.
Sunday morning I stopped in the drive thru to order my Normal Chai Tea Latte. The week before, my chai tasted like burnt water and no chai. This time before I pulled off, I tasted my drink and again, it tasted like water. I handed the drink back to Sarah the worker in the drive thru and told her the drink tasted like water and please remake. She began arguing with me telling me I need to say no water because they add water. I literally told her to stop arguing with me, I'm the customer. I was appalled because no one else in the drive thru told her she shouldn't be arguing with the customer. I will not ever go to that location. Bad drinks and customer service!
