This is the ONLY Starbucks that can't get the 130° temperature correctly. Just picked up my eggnog latte, I said at 130° temp, can't drink it, it's too hot. Not only are they snotty but have a very entitled attitude. You lost my business, your drinks are far from cheap, 130° isn't that difficult. You have a button on your espresso machine for it, maybe train your barista to start using it...

What a beautiful Starbucks this is. Never been in there before. I love the seating areas. My chai was a little weak. I know some stores add water to it and I wonder if this is one of them. I didn't see a drive-thru so you're going to have to park but it looks like an awesome place to just hang out

Just wanted to say thanks to Carlos who was working at the drive thru window … I was a total dope and thought I had cash in my purse … I was a couple bucks short and super embarrassed and was ready to just apologize and drive on without a beverage but Carlos was super kind enough to comp me since I was short through my own dumb fault. Not that anyone should expect to be comped but I’d been having a rough week and Carlos’s kindness was everything! Hope you get a raise or a bonus or something, thanks again!! You are awesome!

There's just no common courtesy here. I've been coming here for a year straight ordering the same darn thing. Today, I showed up an hour and a 1/2 after they opened, and a big corporation like this didn't have change for a 100, and it was all I grabbed. Rushing out the door with 3 toddlers. 3 angry toddlers, mind you. And they didn't have change to break a 100.So you think they're bad?They would accommodate you and give it to you for free, right? Nope. I had to drive to mcdonald's to stop the kids from screaming just to break a hundred dollar bill, go back, and get myself some coffee.... I told the manager how rude she was to just send me on my way like it was my fault and he didn't give a crap but at least he apologized for their inconvenience.

Asking for a straw for your iced coffee is like asking for a kidney. The disgusting looks and attitudes you get when you simply ask for a straw is crazy. If it annoys you this much to hand a paying customer a straw, then leave them out on the counter and we won’t “annoy” you.
