Good, fast food. Only negative is that there's a restriction on the number of soft drink refills you can get, which makes no sense considering the cost to the restaurant of soft drinks. You have to scan your receipt each time you use the coke machine!

The food was ok. It's fast food... However the ordering process leaves much to be desired. It's purely kiosk based and not only that but according to the store employee there's is the shakes aren't customizable. I just wanted a chocolate banana shake. My choice was one of the other. When I asked directly if I could mix or modify the answer was simply no.

Greasy, cold , and over priced . No napkins. Fries way too salty, no receipt. Grease dripping from the wrapper, and all over the bag on the fries and everything. Sandwich soaked in grease and the grease is cold to touch to make things even worse. It's not hot or warm grease it's cold. Indian Manager and blonde employee seemed way too intimate and touchy between eachother it was very creepy. He was like old enough to be her grandpa. The whole experience was gross. Will never eat here again.

This Steak n Shake was the go-to late night burger joint, but since either new management or changes since COVID days, things have changed at this particular location… Instead of servers, there are touch screens for your order, there’s 2 or 3 people running the whole place, and not one of them are cleaning the tables…
The food is good, but the worst part is they have eliminated the tall glasses milkshakes would come in. Instead you get the small styrofoam cup you would get as if you ordered from the drive through. 🤦🏻♂️ Not sure if this is the trend among all Steak n Shakes, but this particular location sure has lost its charm and is only a fraction of what it once was!
