I have never been inside of an establishment that has made me wanna die more. The ambience of the restaurant reminds me of a mental asylum. I needed to leave ASAP, decent milkshake tho

Door has posted times that close at 12 but doors are locked by 10?
Management issues at this location! They close early but leave their lights on. Three times we've come here, and all the lights are on but there's nobody answering the drive-thru speaker, and nobody to be seen in the kitchen, even though they're supposed to be open another half an hour. They also haven't answered the phone the last 3 times we've called, we're trying to make sure they are open as their posted hours are til midnight, but they're already closed at 11:40pm on a Thursday. When they were actually open and staff came to the speaker, they're very blunt, almost rude to customers. Not worth coming here! Deserve zero stars!

I used to go here when I lived nearby. I’ve been recently and the food was not good. The pricing isn’t justified. The staff is nice but service is meh. Take your business elsewhere

Not the steak 'n shake I remember.. You're basically doing everything but cooking the food here, and you have to do all the ordering as well.

Good, fast food. Only negative is that there's a restriction on the number of soft drink refills you can get, which makes no sense considering the cost to the restaurant of soft drinks. You have to scan your receipt each time you use the coke machine!
