Good, fast food. Only negative is that there's a restriction on the number of soft drink refills you can get, which makes no sense considering the cost to the restaurant of soft drinks. You have to scan your receipt each time you use the coke machine!

The food was ok. It's fast food... However the ordering process leaves much to be desired. It's purely kiosk based and not only that but according to the store employee there's is the shakes aren't customizable. I just wanted a chocolate banana shake. My choice was one of the other. When I asked directly if I could mix or modify the answer was simply no.

First visit to this location. First visit to a Steak 'n Shake in about 15 years. I was surprised with the self service ordering at the lobby kiosk. Employees did offer assistance: polite while not actually friendly. There was no hustle and bustle of yester year. The lobby and parking lot were very clean and quiet. The French Fries were hot and fresh. However, there were a lots of small/short fries. For the price, I expected full sized long fries and a full container of fries....
