He then, comes over to me and asks what I want. He pulls the bread out and doesn't change his gloves. No thank you. Went to Arbys

chinda is a garbage employee (or however you spell her name) who wastes your time and refuses to accept physical coupons that subway sends in the mail. They dont even have chicken breasts for their sandwichs just the slivers of chewy processed chicken. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME THERE IS A REASON THE RESTAURANT IS ALWAYS EMPTY.

Not the spot for vegetarians and vegans. I went in during lunch cause I work close and it wasn’t too busy at the time. I enter into the store and stand in line, when I get up to the counter I tell the worker I’m getting a veggie and to please change his gloves, he complied after the second attempt. He proceeds to throw cheese on my sandwich damn near literally and didn’t make any effort to place them like they should be placed. He then toasts my bread and while waiting on that he decided to start another sandwich which normally is probably fine but the other sandwich was a meat sandwich and he was basically (pardon my term) “molesting the meat” with the gloves by just grabbing handfuls of it and he was like playing with it a little too which was weird but I digress. He then touched all the vegetables like crazy with those gloves and was taking a little off the sandwiches to put back. He then tried to come back and just continue working on mine. I asked him to change his gloves again but just said forget it and walked out. The health and safety training was definitely skippedVegetarian options: Highly suspicious of cross contamination

I am visiting from Memphis TN, and this is the FRESHEST Subway I have been too in a long time!! I am definitely ordering again, sandwich was delicious and very fresh.

Got 3 sub sandwiches and got me and family all sick. Called them. They hung up on me 3 times and than has Their insurance lady call me and tell me I have to prove to them that I had food food poisoning went to the immediate care center nay said the only way we could do that as if we can test your stool or your Throw up. Well it was 2 days later and obviously nothing came up. This place is disgusting shameful owners. And they are very disrespectful they lost my business and my families and I informed all my friends and they won't be going there as well. Never had a deal with a disgusting owner and company like this before. I am not saying that about all subways because they are individually owned.

great customer service, upon eating my food at home I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich. it seems like it could be from the lettuce but would prefer a “plastic-free” option next time.

I have been here multiple times before but this is my first time that I’m not satisfied. This is because the sandwich I always get is completely changed. I always order the chicken and bacon ranch sandwich and I find out that the chicken is different. It is shredded and I prefer it to be cubed. I order this sandwich over by my house and it isn’t shredded.
The service was fine , but, cleaning the tables could of been done later . The smell of bleach is off putting while you are eating .

Please beware of this location and avoid at all cost! The manager or owner (Indian guy) is very rude and cheap on product! I came to this location mid week. Remind you all that no one was in there. He was sitting on his phone and a worker was mopping the floor. It was near 5pm. He did not speak and said what bread you want. I got the daily special turkey sandwich. Everything was going okay until it was time for toppings. Also remind you that majority of the vegetables/toppings were low so one would think they can refill it as they are still open for another few hours!!! But anyway, when I asked for lettuce no lie he "sprinkled" a few on my sandwich I had to say more please for everything I got on my sandwich. He was near the cash register while adding toppings on my sandwich as if rushing and not wanting to put any extra on my sandwich. He even muffled something and I asked if he can repeat what he said. He then proceeded to say " You are getting too much for this sandwich- I can't add anymore!" I then replied what are you kidding you hardly are adding anything to the sandwich and furthermore you should not talk to your customers like that as it's rude and disrespectful. I then said you know I don't want it and as I was leaving I said I will also notify corporate he then waved his hand as if he did not care and that is when I lost my cool and really let him have it. I then said I don't need to give you my money, I can go somewhere else "another subway" that have better customer service. The only reason I went to this location (first time here btw) is because I was in the area and it was raining all day and convenient at the time but I learned my lesson. I will never go here again or recommend this spot to anyone I know. Surprised that this service is given in Downers Grove but when you own your location(part of franchise) some people take it to their heads and think they can talk to people the way they want. Sorry not this lady, I will simply take my business somewhere else. Too bad I read the other bad reviews after I had a bad experience but I see why now. Do yourself a favor & Go somewhere else!
