They had me waiting 50 minutes for a pickup order they are slow like very slow, people in the back so not take their jobs seriously at all it was people who were in there before I even arrived I feel sorry for people waiting over an hour for what is supposed to be fastfood this location is the worst ever !!!!

Possibly the worst Taco Bell in existence. Horrible service. Awful workers. Worst case they will steal your credit card info and make purchases. Best case scenario if you order pickup in the app no one will make it because it looks like no one is working even though the store is supposed to be open. What a joke. Taco Bell should close this one

Table was very sticky. Flor was slick. Husband ordered 2 green sauce burritos. Couldn't pick up to eat, too soft & messy. Asked for a knife & they didn't have any. He had to break apart with a fork. He won't be going back. Of course we didn't like having to use a kiosk to order. Very impersonal.

35 minutes to complete order. Woman working complained the whole time understaffed instead of making food.
Nearly entire order was incorrect.

This is the worst location ever. There’s always issues here. The last straw was when I placed an order on the app for pick up. When we arrived, the order was not made and there were only a couple of employees standing around looking confused and had to refuse all the other orders people walked in for due to their system apparently being down. This location needs a new owner.
Another instance was when we had to wait 45 minutes for an app order. Same issue. Employees standing around confused.
