We've never eaten here before. Fries overcooked, hot dogs sliced in half and burned. Chicken tenders just ok, no sauce provided nor was I asked if I wanted any. The chocolate malt was great. That would be the only thing I'd ever order from there again. Expensive for mediocre food.
I hadn’t eaten here for a while but had always enjoyed their burgers, so was looking forward to takeout tonight. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. Every part of our order was wrong. No cheese added, no grilled onions, even though I paid for these “extras”. Fries were refried too many times and were cold and hard. If this is typical now, if eating here I would eat in to make sure your order is right.

Definitely the best burger ive had in a looong time. Probably will get a lot of hate for this but it was better than Au Cheval... I said what I said and meant it!!

If you are going to eat at this place make sure it's in person and not delivery. The food was delicious but it seems there's little to No communication between the two halves of the store. When I went there in person I order a burger and shake on the "That burger joint side" and I had to ask multiple times to get my shake because they haven't even made it yet on the other side of the restaurant. Another time I decided to order online, the same order from when I was in person and the delivery guy only gave me my shake and said that "They said that they only gave them this" It's extremely odd to combine two restaurants, but not actually change your system of operations in the building to compensate the TWO restaurants inside there. I hope you can change this quickly because it alienate a lot of customers who wanted to experience both side of the building.

We love going to eat @ That Burger Joint in Downers Grove! We go mostly for the Fries & Burgers. We also Love going for the Great Crew and the Great Service they give us every time we are there. Especially 1 of the Mangers who works there. Taylor has always been great & extra courteous to us!Thanks to All and we look forward to our next visit!
