Haven’t been to a melting pot in years and we forgot how great it was! Food was excellent, our server Victoria was exceptional and the manager Rick was super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back to this location

This place has gone downhill substantially. The service was slow and poor. Took an hour to get a drink, waitress did not explain how to cook the different meats. This was the first time that this has happened. She treated us like we were a bother. The place was dirty - especially the bathroom.
The food and service is always a pleasure. When I come I would like a quiet, quaint experience. The restaurant (such as this particularly) needs to pay attention where they seat guests with kids and babies and those without. We were celebrating a birthday, the table next to us were having their first date night and the next table was a toddler and fussy baby in a carrier. The restaurant is sectioned off enough to create separation.
The food was not good. Table was sticky when we arrived. Outdated decor. Your clothes and hair smell after leaving. The experience was fun for my daughter. The desert would be the only reason I would come back.
The experience was good. I enjoyed the concept. I was not a fan of the duck or steak. The seafood was a better option for me.

My date and I had the best time!!!! The waitress was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Great food! Unique experience! It,s a great place to get some family meal time and discussion in.
Really quite bad. Dingy place. Cheese and chocolate are ok, meat and veg are not. Large portions. Very expensive for poor food in a disappointing setting.

Message to owner: invest funds into remodeling the restaurant. Bathrooms are old and run down. Entire restaurant is from 1980's. Clean the walls, chandeliers, carpets, windows Sat at a table with food debris on the wall, unappetizing. Does anyone do a QA with cleaning crew? Intentionally not posting public this time. Food is good and servers are always great.

NYE so it was packed. The food was good, except for the dessert portion. It tasted like Hersey's syrup and bite size sweets had been frozen/refrigerated so were dry and meh. The loaded baked potato cheese starter was great, drinks were well made, and service was not bad for a super busy evening. Our table faced a (dirty) wall so that was unpleasant and contributed to a lower ambiance.
It's the traditional Melting Pot experience with all the excellent food options and sauces and fondue fun. Our waitress was excellent. I'd give it five stars but it's just too expensive. Almost $300 for a family of 4 (after tax and tip) and that was with just drinking water. It had been a few years since we'd been to one and the sticker shock was real. If you can afford it, it's a fun dinner (although our booth was a bit cramped for the four of us which shouldn't be an issue at this price point), but, unfortunately, it's priced beyond reason for many people.

Thank you so much Mike for an amazing first time at the Melting Pot! We can not wait to be back. We just have to let our tummies digest for about 6 months. LOL!

We love the melting pot and have gone to many locations throughout the US including Hawaii. It's a unique dining experience for a couple or small adult group. It's generally a quiet environment so you can have a nice conversation over dinner. If you get the full experience and a glass of wine expect to pay $150.00 for two people with tax and tip. You can of course come for just desert fondue or not have full experience which includes cheese fondue, salad, main course fondue and desert fondue. We brought our two kids one time and they enjoyed it but my daughter who was 10 at the time ate very little and so I did not feel we got our money's worth on what we spent on her or my son to enjoy full experience. Again they are not trying to cater to family's and so not really a complaint. from the web site for kids: Create your entrée by choosing three items cost $13.95. Make it a Kids Combo by adding cheese and chocolate fondue +$17. They are also very accommodating my wife can't eat most seafood so they always let her add more of something else in the combo to substitute out seafood.

I was really looking forward to eating and drinking my favorite cocktail at the melting pot which is the Ying/Yang martini. But when we ordered they said the blender broke two days ago, so no blended drinks! I couldn't believe they can't replace a blender, even a store bought one, for their customers. I will be sure to ask questions the next time I make a reservation there.
