The entire experience was outstanding. Our server was wonderful and everyone in the restaurant was kind and friendly. I had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back again.

I am a VERY slow eater. Fondue restaurants are the only places I can eat where the food is still hot when I'm finished. You can't imagine what a treat that is.

Fun, collegial experience to share 3 fondue pots (appetizer, entree and dessert chocolate). Experience was quiet and intimate. We sat in a booth with our friends and could hear each other easily, which is sometimes a problem in the more energetic open restaurants. They have the fondue process figured out making it easy and personal.

I really wish I remembered our servers name because he was truly fantastic!! One of the best we've ever had at Melting Pot. He was so kind to our kids and made my son's birthday really special. Thank you!! Food was amazing, as always.

What a wonderful experience. Our server, Joy, was fantastic. Just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. We will return soon and ask for her again!

We enjoyed a great meal for my birthday, after not eating at Melting Pot for many years. I am looking forward to celebrating there again soon.

A really nice experience, as long as you are ok with cooking your own food. Doesn't look like much from the outside but is really nicely done inside. Many gluten free options. Their gummy bear martini is a tasty cute drink.

Every time we visit The Melting Pot, it’s a total win. The service is friendly and attentive, and the whole fondue experience feels like a special treat. From the rich, melty cheese starters to the perfectly seasoned entrées and indulgent chocolate desserts—everything is amazing. It’s great for date night or for fun, and totally worth it. If you haven’t tried fondue here, you’re seriously are missing out!

Last night we went in to have dessert and was told there were only 2 servers and could not be seated….we then went onto Open Table made a confirmed reservation and were seated only after being approved by the manager. Once we sat down drinks came out right away and then waited about 30 min for the return of the server who was not our original, but happened to notice we had been sitting for awhile. We counted 7 servers that passed us during our time there, not 2. This location should be embarrassed by the way they treat customers who frequent regularly. The manager was rude, not apologetic when turning us away because of the “lack of staff, they didn’t want to seat us because it was an hour before closing. If other locations were operating this way, that explains why they are closing. Pathetic!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in my life. Our party of 5 had a reservation and were seated immediately. Drinks came a little slow but not terribly slow. The server did not stir the cheese well. It was liquid on the top and cheese on the bottom so we had to mix it. After an hour and a half, our server had given us our cheese course. He did not check back to see if we needed more dippers nor did he provide any refills. The cheese burner as we waited for more dippers. I had to go to the host stand to get the manager, who said she would bring our salad and cooking liquid. She sent thr person who bused our table to ask us our salad order because the server never put it in the system. After 90 minutes, I was essentially asked to reorder my food. That's when I asked for my check. In 90 minutes we had no salad, entrees, or desserts. I've dined both here and other fondue restaurants before. I know it's a slower paced meal but nothing like this. I left after the cheese and went to a drive through because we had spent so much time!

My husband and I celebrated valentines day early today, I made reservations online which was extremely easy and even had add on options like rose petals on the table! Super cute idea! Ended up having to change reservations due to snow and that was also super easy done online! Our first ever experience at the melting pot and upon arrival the hostess were very welcoming and our sever/waiter was friendly and informative while explaining how everything works. We chose the big dinner for 2 which was a 4 course meal. The spinach artichoke cheese fondue was prepared right infront of us and was absolutely delicious!! The meats and broth were also surprisingly delicious (i was skeptical just boiling my meats, but the flavors soaked into the meats and veggies perfectly seasoning them!) Then onto the chocolate, we chose the turtle chocolate, Carmel and candied pecans. We were almost maxed out but made out way through! 10/10 overall we will be returning customers for sure. Walking out about to leave the owner Mike asked introduced himself and thanked us for dining and made sure our experience was what we expected! Oh, and lastly whoever decided to put candied pine nuts on a Cesar salad is a genius!!!
