We took my baby here for her 13th birthday and they went all out for her! The manager that night was professional and courteous(Rick).He took care of every concern and the waitress he gave us(Joy) was nothing short of AMAZING!!! They were the greatest team and he even brought her a rose and helped us with the birthday “song”!Joy our waitress made the night special and was super fun and accommodating too. She even helped us with our family photo after dinner!!!Thanks melting pot for being amazing and helping my Husband and I make the greatest memories with our girls!!!!Kid-friendliness: My seven year old enjoyed herself!

My experience at this restaurant was so bad that I suppressed it in my memory for over three years and only now decided to post a review. The first and last time I attended this restaurant was for my birthday in January of 2022. We were seated near a far back entrance/exit but the door was somehow damaged to where it could not close completely. It was probably 8° outside and only 20 or so degrees warmer at our booth directly across from it. Ice was forming on the doors glass as well as on the windows. Our server was an absolute nightmare when he did arrive to the table. He knew nothing about the menu and rather than telling us he didn't know he would make up an answer. When we were finally bought our awful awful awful disgusting meal the chicken tasted both over and undercooked and I'm sure if I had spit it out it would have bounced on the table because it might as well have been made of rubber. The fondue was disgusting as well. It's almost as though they took some stale dishwater, whispered the word chicken broth to it, start it up with their dirtiest mop and rang that mop into our fondue bowl. Even the vegetables were disgusting and old. And this might seem like nitpicking but every time a server would walk around the corner they had to pass our booth and one particular server decided it was a good idea to use the back of my booth to whip her around the corner which had the effect of slightly jolting me forward as though I hit the brakes a little too quickly while approaching a stop sign. Every. Damn. Time she went past she did this. The experience was awful and the ambiance was as engaging as staring at a beige wall. In case you forgot, it was cold as hell because we were right by a door that could not close and they allegedly had no additional seats. Ohh, and the fondue pot plug in thing at the booth behind us caught on fire briefly! Avoid this place at all costs. Just horrible.

We met the Mike, the owner today, and he was so overly sweet and welcoming. The food is DELICIOUS as always. We absolutely LOVE our favorite waitress Linda, and our waiter for tonight, Scott. He's so funny, he's a great time. Thank you yet again for a wonderful experience here! We love you guys!

Our server Kelley was everything a server should be. Additionally, she was a delightful young lady. I strongly recommend both dining here and requesting her as your server. Also, Miss Lindsay was a wonderful manager and a big help when I got so excited I spilled water all over myself. All in all it was a fantastic experience!!!!

Food was great, server was alright (complained about wanting to go home the whole time) and the manager charged my card an extra $40 and when I asked about it didn’t even apologize, just said the server forgot to ring something up. Would like to be told before my card is being charged extra money. Woman manager has a ton of attitude and turned our 5 star experience into a 3. We quickly saw why the server hated his job lol. For the price, I expect great service, not a server who wants to go home and mystery charges on our card, and def not a manager with that kind of attitude.

First time trying this restaurant and had a very unpleasant experience. The food is way too overpriced for the quality. We were there for over 2.5 hours which is ridiculous considering that they don't even cook the food. Overall, it's a unique concept but needs better management.

This review is regarding my visit on 02/17.It was my husband’s birthday and so we wanted to try something new and exciting. We decided to try this place for the first time and everything seemed to go well until I found a hair on my plate that had my precooked food on. I was so grossed out. The manager came and gave us a $20 discount but I feel like that was kinda cheap considering how much we spent. He should’ve at least covered the whole plate. Btw, he didn’t even offer to get me a new plate. He did give me a coupon for my next visit but I am not returning back nor will I recommend this due to the first bad impression.

They’ve made some changes here as filet (steak) is no longer an option unless you’re willing to pay for it. Also, they no longer cover the pot prior to cooking and it can get uncomfortably warm from the steam, not to mention affect those possibly with breathing issues. We had multiple questions about our bill and the manager was more confrontational and not very empathetic, nor was she knowledgeable as to what the menu says which differed from what she was saying. In the end it was for the most part straightened out, but it left us wondering if we will be back, and it was also disappointing that it occurred to celebrate my wife’s birthday.
