Absolutely love this place!! I just googled for a sushi place in Downers Grove. After browsing a few options, I narrowed it down to Wasabi. Everything was amazing. The place was packed, but not noisy and loud. I had a wait time of 30 seconds and was greater and seated immediately.

This is my second time stopping in at Wasabi. Both occasions I was served delicious fresh food. But this time, our waiter Mike, made the visit much better by being an awesome server that was attentive and able to make witty food jokes. The poke nachos (pictured) were a unique menu item that had great flavor. Although the basil beef (pictured) didn't have much basil flavor to it, it was still delicious! One thing to take into consideration with the Korean beef stone bowl (pictured)...
