Went there today on my lunch break to get food for myself and co-workers. I will never go back again. I waited so long for the food to get ready which is okay because I understand it was lunch time. The lady at the register was the only nice person there. All the food was very cold even the chilli was cold. Ive never had a bad experience at a Wendy's before. The food was horrible. What a waste of money. This was my first and last time visiting this wendys. Although they were busy the manager was just walking around looking at the employees. When it is that busy the manager should be helping to get orders out faster and making sure the food is hot . The only good thing about the lunch was that the lemonade was good

Very nice Wendys in Downers Grove-Butterfield. The crew members and managers are very nice and take very good care of you. Im glad they have a 2nd location in addition to 75th St location

The manager on duty has this location humming. My usual order is a spicy chicken sandwich and spicy nuggets. Which if you have had them before, you know they are only good if they are hot and fresh. I ordered at the drive thru, and my food was ready at the window. I was skeptical bc I know it takes 6 minutes to cook the chicken fresh. I got back to work and everything was hot, fresh, and correct. The manager even made time to greet and thank me through the drive thru window.
Who ever was managing lunch today is A+. Never let them go!

Went there to dine in, ordered my food in the kiosk. Went to use the restroom and locked the door. An employee loudly banged on the door and screamed. I said someone is using it. The employee uses keys and unlocks the door while I’m inside. They don’t apologize and when I try to complain to the employees they stare at me and don’t say anything helpful. I ask for a manager or the store location number and they refuse. I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend and I’ve filed a complaint with corporate as well! Unacceptable!

Been waiting months for this location to open and sadly this will probably be the first and last time visiting it. I placed a mobile order and still waited 15 minutes to get my food with only one car ahead of me. They forgot my chicken sandwich and had to wait an additional 7 minutes for someone to bring it out. The woman working the drive thru at 12:45p today could not care any less about the wait time, didn’t apologize once, didn’t greet me and blamed the kitchen for my missing food. Avoid this spot and go to the superb location on Roosevelt in Lombard. It’s just not worth it.
