WHY DID YOU HAVE TO REMOVE GHOST PEPPER RANCH???? That's the only one sauce my entire family likes since you guys got rid of ghost pepper sauce we stop going to Wendy's. Please bring back that sauce or salad in the stores like other fast food restaurants.

I am here at Wendy's trying to get lunch with the team I work with. I entered first. No service was given to me. The manager Angie told me it's too busy. My co workers have enter their lunch via Kiosh. I have cash. So I need to have lunch with them. Also, when I told her I am with my co workers. She replied she is too busy to still take my order. I have not eaten lunch because she did not take my order. I am also a veteran. How do you tell me of all people I can not be serviced at Wendy's location Downers Grove Illinois.

The Staff Is Rude and Dumb. I Came Here For An Uber Pick Up I Went To The Drive Thru and Was Told It Was Pick Up Inside Only, Just To Go Into The Restaurant and The Food Isn’t Ready! This Is Every single Day! The orders are never ready and it’s costing us money. I hate this location i hate the staff and they really need new management. They need to send an undercover boss in here to see how they running this store cause it’s beyond me. I will be reaching out to the attorney generals office and the BBB with my complaints and also I’m making complaints with Downers Grove Until They Close This Place Down

Hi guys I ordered a small brownie and oreo frosty and a small chocolate oreo frosty. I also got a large fry which was lovely. I was shocked that a robot took my order, and the guy at the window explained to me how it worked which was cool. I do wish that I could get more than one bbq with my large fry especially since ts cost like 5$

Went through the drive thru last night. The line was super long. I get to the menu where you place your order, AI is taking orders now. Well AI stopped working in the middle of my order and had rlto ask for a crew member. The crew member was just as confusing as AI. It took 10 min to place my order he kept messing up my order. Had him read it back.. guess what I get home and the food was not correct.
I came very late and the place was closing, but Nansy was there for the rescue, she did all what she can to serve me before the close. I really appreciate the service I took in this place today.. And she made me the best chicken sandwich.

Food and service were great. This was also the very first time I ever dipped my French Fries into a Frosty, and let me tell you, it's so good with the salt and sugar mixed together. Man that's so good! So if you have any chances, I would highly recommend dipping your French Fries into a Chocolate Frosty if you want to have something with salt and sugar mixed together.
Vegetarian options: For example, of you want to just have the French Fries and the Chocolate Frosty, you can get that without Chicken Nuggets. That's what I would have done if I were a vegetarian. But I'm not so I did get the Chicken Nuggets.
