I can't to review food ,because I didn't get. I ordered food over my phone app 7.07 pick up time. I came to pick up and saw my initials on the screen. I showed and I saidthat's mine. The lady who I believe she thinks she is very important said we don't have your order. I could find on phone app but I looked at the bank statement and they took my money. So I showed her. She still looking at hers screen and saying who don't have nothing. I said I just So my initials on the pick up screen. So I just left without a food. Later I was looking at wendy's app and find my order number and everything. I went back after maybe 40 min and showed my order. She again asking to show me my bank statement . I don't wanna show my bank statement ,plus next to her was a guy. So I showed everything and still I got nothing ??. They start playing smart, looking at screens I asked to show history. They said guy can't see . I got headaches, got so nervous and it was my last time I was there. You need to train your workers that's just terrible, to give headaches for one burger. Thanks for nothing

Every single time we get food from this establishment whether it’s takeout, dine in, or delivery they always get my order wrong. Today I had just woken up and my dad being the kind soul he is ordered me some Wendy’s breakfast. Once the food arrived I was ecstatic to indulge in my fresh food. Once I unwrapped my CHICKEN sandwich I was stunned to realize THEIR WAS NO CHICKEN ON MY CHICKEN SANDWICH, my brother got the same thing and yet again no chicken ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE TO PUT CHICKEN ON A CHICKEN SANDWICH.

But this place gets my order wrong every other time whether I go in through the drive-through or whether I walk inside or whether Uber eats last time I ordered I ordered breakfast for my kids because I’m at work and all I got was bread and potatoes. There was no chicken in my chicken sandwich, I don’t like reviews but if I could give these people Zero I would I worked fast food for a very long time I understand is fast-paced and not always easy but it’s not rocket science,Put the things in the bag!!!

I was there last night and they got my order totally wrong. I ordered a fish sandwhich combo which I asked for a medium rootbeer and a medium chocolate frosty. I got a spicy chicken sandwich and a large root beer and a baby sized frosty which had two bites worth. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I had a long day and I was so hungry I just ate everything that was given I was too tired to go and complain. So I'm writing this review instead.

For the 3rd time in a row going through the drive through, I have had to return to the store to get the rest of my order that was omitted by the staff there.No matter how much effort the manager has made to make things right, this is the 3rd strike. Sorry. You are out.AVOID this location unless you enjoy having to decide between being inconvienced or being ripped off.
My most recent visit was extremely disappointing. Normally Wendy's is my go to fast food place, but having taken a break from fast food, it was quite a while since I'd been. Anyways, $30 for lunch at a fast food place is asinine especially when the food is mediocre at best. Please go to the grocery store and buy $30 with ground beef and make your own burgers lol It'll taste better and last you longer than 10 minutes.

I ORDERED AT 12:43 AND RECIEVED MY FOOD AT 1:59 AFTER I CALLED AND SAID I WAITED FOR AN HOUR THE LADY ON THE PHONE ACTED LIKE SHE COULDNT EVEN HEAR ME HORRIBLE SERVICE AND MY FOOD WAS COLD AND MY FROSTY WAS MELTED. MAYBE BECAUSE IT WAS SITTING AROUND FOR AN HOUR WHILE THEY FIGURE OUT THEIR BROKEN SYSTEM THIS IS THE SECOND TIME IVE WAITED LIKE THIS THE FIRST WAS IN PERSON IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR 15 MINUTES NOW DELIVERY FOR AN HOUR AN 15 MINUTES ABSOLUTELY AWFUL STAY AWAY!!!!!!!
