Always late on pre-orders, no matter what. There’s no point in ordering ahead. They don’t start your order until you arrive/check-in anyway. The wings/foods are always good. But it’s definitely frustrating when I’m on a tight schedule to always be 10-15mins behind.

My son highly recommends this location, so I ordered takeout from there on New Year's Eve. I don't think they were expecting so many orders, but my food was hot and good. They ran out of CO2 for the soda machine, but they otherwise did a good job considering the situation.

Placed order online. Arrived for pick up, fountain machine was out of order so they gave us bottled water instead and gave NO refund for fountain drinks when we asked. Also, the cup that I used to taste the fountain drink before realizing the machine was down, the guy PUT BACK with new cups! Disgusting!

Ordered food via the wingstop app and door dasher left one of my bags , I called the store and they contacted DoorDash to have the food delivered to me which is above and beyond most places. Also food is always spot on

There was hair in my food. Not just one strand, multiple strands. They don’t wear hairnets. I called the manager and he promised to give me a refund. I never received the refund, even though I offered to bring the food back.

Small place with a few seats. Wings are good and my teen loves the Korean BBQ, I like them as well but have to try other flavors before I pick a favorite. I had the Cajun and it was a bit spicier than I thought it would be. Still good though. The lemon pepper is my youngest favorite and it's okay.
Fries can be a bit salty sometimes but they aren't bad.
They have a $20 deal which seems reasonable and latest you try a few flavors as well.

Absolutely hate this location there is always an issue with my food. You ask them to make your food “well done” chicken is undercooked. Ask them to remake it then there is an attitude. For the amount of money I spend in here my food should be exactly how I ask for it to be.
