If you’re looking for the BEST in Southern Illinois local bar/restaurant the Mule Barn is a must stop. I have never experienced such a welcoming lost in time experience- everyone is kind, laughter is heard and country music. The staff is like family 👍
People make places special. This is one of those places. It is wonderful because of the warmth of the owners and the patrons who surround them.Add to that, this building is steeped in history, and they are happy to go over it with you.
The staff are caring and the cooks make perfect food. The old charm is awesome and don't forget about the old mule out front ❤️
