When you place an online order for pickup, you expect the order to be correct. It's written, not verbal, so you would think it would have less chance of mistake. Unfortunately, that was not the case with my order for a half and half pizza. Shonia admitted to making the mistake and apologized, and Mary put me on the books for a free pizza and breadsticks at a later time. I am grateful for the apology and the compensation.
