Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Google search shows that this dairy queen doesn't close to 10pm and they are closing lobby at 9:15pm never will I do business nor bring my company to this place to do business with them nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone as a matter of fact this place should be shut down for the way thy discriminate against all their customers and as well for the refusal to serve their customers that keep them in business and employeed

By far the absolute worse DQ I have ever been to! Terrible customer service, attitudes, takes forever to actually get your order.

The restaurant was dirty had to ask to get the table washed off all other tables were dirty as well. They had an abundance of flies in the dining room also the floors were very dirty needs a good cleaning

Food was great, ice cream was fantastic. Staff was very friendly even though they were short staffed today. One girl at the front counter even had to deal with a “Karen” and she handled it with grace. You all have a great place with a great staff!

I had to ask for my change of $3. They gave me my blizzard, but not the size I ordered. I was told to pull forward for my food. When someone brought my food about 10 mintues later. I then asked for my receipt saying the blizzard was a small, I wanted to be sure I didn't pay for the medium and only received a small. She left to go back in, I waited another 10 minutes. Someone delivered to the car behind me, then asked what I was waiting for. She said she didn't know I was waiting. She said that it was her fault and I was only charged for the small. I left without ever seeing a receipt.

First you could purchase a ticket to China and board a plane fly there and return home before and still get your order faster. Second, the food sucks

I came thru the drive thru and paid 41.75 on mom's debit card the lady was nice but forgot to put the chicken strip sandwich with tomato , onion ,mayo. I have called 7 times and Noone answers. It's 5:45 and I will try again. Maisy was great she was very respectful. I didn't no anything was missing till I got back to tamaroa where we live. The sandwich was 5.19. Can u please credit it back to mom's card. My order id. AADQ7L24AJD2 at 4:35:22 pm.
