Food was great, ice cream was fantastic. Staff was very friendly even though they were short staffed today. One girl at the front counter even had to deal with a “Karen” and she handled it with grace. You all have a great place with a great staff!
I had to ask for my change of $3. They gave me my blizzard, but not the size I ordered. I was told to pull forward for my food. When someone brought my food about 10 mintues later. I then asked for my receipt saying the blizzard was a small, I wanted to be sure I didn't pay for the medium and only received a small. She left to go back in, I waited another 10 minutes. Someone delivered to the car behind me, then asked what I was waiting for. She said she didn't know...

Not friendly.
No toast with chicken strip basket.
No ice cream with flame thrower strips. Was told you get what you order. We.were not asked and assumed the flame thrower meal advertised came with the ice cream as advertised.
Food we got was hot.
Ketchup packets picked up by ungloved hand and thrown on top of my fries. Not good.
