manager screamed at employee and customer that she was not opening at 7am. While she may be short staffed it is never a reason to abuse an employee and never a customer.
It not clean! It needs general cleaning maintenance. You could consider hiring a cleaning service, if the employees are too busy.
I had 2 mobile orders confirmed at the kiosk. I pulled ahead to the pay window, received a receipt for one order and was told payment was due for 2nd order. I paid then received the receipt to see I paid for someone else's order. I told the cashier that was not my order and she got a manager and returned my money and then gave me the correct receipt for the 2nd order (paid via mobile app).
