I Ordered 2 pizzas waited an hour called and asked if it was coming she said it was walking out the door. The pizza just never came and they stopped answering the phone. This place is a joke. The pizza still says it's being prepared online from over 24 hours ago. I'm still on hold with the store to get my refund and no one will answer so not order from this place. I'm calling my credit card company and reporting them for theft.

BE CAREFUL WHEN ORDERING FROM THIS SPECIFIC PIZZA HUT!! We ordered a pizza at 10 pm last night and it was 11:30 and it still said our pizza was cooking on the app. So we called at 11:30 thinking it might have been an issue with the app. The girl answered and said “yes they are leaving in 2 seconds with your pizza” 12:30 and the pizza was still not delivered. Attempted to call them several times since last night… no answer. Checked our bank account and they charged us 3 TIMES !!! Spoke with a friend and they DID THE SAME THING TO THEM. Charged them TWICE and never got their food. Never again will we order from here when coming to town. They obviously could care less about their customers.

My husband and I was there the server sat us at a dirty table. We ordered my food came out 35 minutes before his. I asked her were his was she said they was making it. So we had them to box it to go. Some employees wasn't in uniforms. The people that was there before us waited over a hour for their order. We haven't been there in a long time and I doubt if we go back.

After an hour wait we received our bill but still not our pizza, once our pizza came out it was cold and cheese wasn’t even melted. Bathrooms were gross, floors were filthy and salad bar looked like it hadn’t been restocked all day. Not to even mention the Pizza Hut sign and lights weren’t even on when we pulled up. Other customers before us had already walked out without getting their food. Spoke to manager about my experience and she did not do anything about it. I paid for my cold pizza anyways. Very poor experience, I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

The food was good as always but the server was being very strange stopping to talk to every table about types of zombies and it was very strange and made for an uncomfortable dining experience.
i was waiting on my food it took two hours then when i finally called up there i got hung up on and then i checked my delivery and it was canceled? like what who does that

Didn't really think to much about the last time we got pizza medium, some chicken wings and breadsticks no drinks. It was $41. Don't get me wrong. I realized that prices are going up drastically but I still expected to get a pizza. We had a hamburger and mushroom pizza. The cheese was 2 in away from the end of the crust and it was pretty dry like not very much sauce. So I guess they're cutting back on what they are putting on the pizza and raising the prices. Don't get me wrong. I don't mind to pay for something as long as it's what I want. Just wasn't really impressed with the last pizza. The wings were okay and the breadsticks were okay.

The big New Yorker was thin as paper and had hardly any sauce or cheese and literally tasted like cardboard and was overcooked especially for something so thin. Kinda upset they’d even sell customers something that looked so terrible.Du Quoin Il Pizza Hut.
