Got these “honey bbq” boneless wings from there today. You’d think with the price increase they’d at least not cut down on the sauce lol. Added two pictures for the ones that say it’s at the bottom and you just gotta shake it. Gotta have sauce for that to work. Thanks Pizza Hut

I ordered a pizza. A hour and a half later it still hadn't came. I called and it seemed to me they didn't know and I just canceled.Well it was 2 hours after I ordered door dash brings the pizza. Why would pizza hut still send a pizza 2 hour's later and it upset me they couldn't call after a hour and tell me it would be late. Very aggravating. They said hour at 1st than turned out to be 2 hours. I ended up cooking at home instead. Never have I had a problem like this. Pizza hut I was very disappointed tonight.

For starters I want to say the lady that waited on us was very good. The manager I think.How does any Pizza Hut run out of personal pan pizzas at 6:30pm? We ended up ordering a medium pizza and got half vegetarian and half meat lovers. Our waitress was nice and didn’t charge us for our drinks so that kind of offset the difference in the price of two personal pan pizzas versus the much higher priced medium pizza. My wife also wanted mushrooms on her pizza but we were told they were out of mushrooms, but when we went up to the salad bar there sat a whole container of mushrooms. If they had been totally out of mushrooms, why wouldn’t someone go across the street to Walmart and buy some mushrooms?This is twice in a row we’ve visited this Pizza Hut and twice we’ve been unhappy with our experience there.

If I could give a lower score to our experience today I would. Zero isn't low enough.We waited 45 minutes on our pizza. It was cold and the crust wasn't done. We had to ask for even napkins. Other customers noticed how we were being treated poorly. Even when we went to oay our bill. No one was there toncheck us out. Another employee had to step.out back to get a check out girl. 2 employees sat at a table talking., eating and looking at.the internet.I don't plan on coming.back. today was very disappointing.

I ordered twice in a row. Pick up orders and the person on the other line repeats what I ordered and it is correct? I get all the way back to pinckyville twice now. And the order is wrong both times in a row.absolutely ridiculous needless to say I will never order from that pizza hut
