I’m extremely upset about my recent experiences at this establishment. The past few times I have went it has been awful. Last time I had a mobile order and checked in, waited 35+ minutes, told the staff I had been waiting, and was greeted with a rude employee. Tonight, I ordered regularly and there was little wait time but was met with wrong items. I believe it was partly miscommunication and they resolved it but we were still charged for the incorrect item and they took it back as well!! I was fully ready to pay for the correct item and keep the wrong item but they took it back! That is absolutely disgusting!! And they didn’t correct the price of the incorrect item (item was more expensive than correct item). This Sonic could really benefit from some new speakers and customer service training.

Ordered ahead on the app. Only ordered a single drink. Took 20 minutes to get it and it was wrong. Had to talk to a manager to get it corrected.
This is the worst location I've ever been to, the food is hardly fresh, the service is horrible, and the wait times are ridiculous I've waited 20+ minutes for 2 drinks, I usually try and brush it off considering there aren't many options for restaurants in Du Quion but tonight took the cake. Highly do not recommend this location.
