Service is terrible. The food is cold because it sits waiting for another order to go out with it because carhops are lazy or mismanaged. Hard to tell who is running this particular asylum.

Girls laughing while taking orders. Then order was wrong. Asked if it was correct girl said it was but she didn’t even check. Full of excuses and zero accountability.

They will have a long waiting time every-time. They are not friendly or helpful about. I have been told the past two times to just wait a moment and end up leaving due to wait time being excessive. I don’t plan on trying to go back for a long time.

I’m extremely upset about my recent experiences at this establishment. The past few times I have went it has been awful. Last time I had a mobile order and checked in, waited 35+ minutes, told the staff I had been waiting, and was greeted with a rude employee. Tonight, I ordered regularly and there was little wait time but was met with wrong items. I believe it was partly miscommunication and they resolved it but we were still charged for the incorrect item and they took it back as well!! I was fully ready to pay for the correct item and keep the wrong item but they took it back! That is absolutely disgusting!! And they didn’t correct the price of the incorrect item (item was more expensive than correct item). This Sonic could really benefit from some new speakers and customer service training.
