The service took more than 5 minutes to cone back to the speaker once initial contact was made and she requested that I please hold for a moment. It was 10:04 pm so no one else was at the Duquoin Sonic . Turned out to be a younger employee prob with little experience and not much help. The food was correct as were the drinks. So overall it was 4 out of 5.

Just spent around $70 here and was told me 8 year old daughter was not allowed to use their bathroom. I had to walk her in the cold to the gas station while her dad waited on the food. I think that is ridiculous

The past three times I've been there they get my order wrong or my burritos look like they were balled up by a 5 year old. Hopefully when the last speaker goes out in the drive thru they tear the place down.

I ordered a strawberry shake and was served to me with no whipped cream or cherry, the ice cream was filled halfway up the lid and melting/running down the sides. also ordered chili cheese tots and I got old, cold and soggy tater tots. Was also not given any straws or utensils.

This place used to be very quick with their orders, not sure what happened if they had a change in staff but they are very very poor at getting food out quickly, if your in a hurry I don't recommend coming here but if you have time to wait at least 20 mins or more on your meal then yes. Good food. Some staff can be pretty rude sometimes.

We had to report our order 3 times over the the intercom. The fourth time we had to repeat it a boy came out blaming the intercom but we could hear the workers laughing and chopping it up those 3 times. After a long wait they brought out our 3 meals and a blast. My fathers chicken sandwich which he asked 4 x for no mayo and just honey mustard came drenched with mayo and had a little squirt of Honey mustard. My sauge burrito barely had anything in it. My large tots was a small order like my father's and they both ²/3 of the way full and same with our sodas. My buddy's food was okay except for his medium peanut butter cup blast had only about ¹/2 a peanut butter cup in it and a hole in the bottom of it. This was around 45 bucks plus a tip.
