So for years, I have been ordering rotisserie chicken salads and sandwiches. I go in today because I cannot find rotisserie chicken on the app.And I was told that they cannot make a rotisserie chicken salad for me anymore.It is not the worker's fault.It is the owner's fault.Why would you take rotisserie chicken salads away?

On Tuesday, July 22nd at 6:30 P.M. the two women working messed up the sandwiches, had to remake one. Fast forward, I get home to find she still made one of the 3 sandwiches wrong. I called, was told she could remake it and all I had to do was bring the sandwich back. I then did that, I got there, she argued with me and insisted she made the sandwich right and would not remake it so I asked for a refund instead. She was very rude, told me one thing then did another, and got very hateful and defensive about it. Literally ONLY have problems when those 2 are on a shift. Everybody else who works there ive never had any problems like that with. Do yourself a favor, avoid this place if you want something done right and to your liking. This is the worst subway I've ever been to. Duquoin, Illinois has the worst subway experience you could ask for so if crappy sandwiches are your thing be sure to go here.

So I was helped by Adriana A few days ago and I explained to her I had bet my son that DuQuoin could do better THAN pinckneyville Subway;SHE accepted the challenge and for the first time in 5 years of being in Marissa and PINCKNEYVILLE, there was Nothing that could have been done better!! I cannot tell you how happy that made me as A mon of A very particular YOUNG man. I visited yesterday and A YOUNG man named Jon was Outstanding in attutude and helpfulness, so I Asked if I could take HIS photo along with Adriana's for THIS post. AWESOME atmosphere with plenty of room to set, as A single or A large PARTY!!

Went into du quoin location to get a salad bowl I get half a bowl filled out of some stuff and then I get asked to tip are you kidding me. You get paid full wage and can barely do your job. Paid $13 for a half a bowl of salad. I won’t be going back.

They can't count to 2 cookies... meals come with 2 cookies I asked for the meal with 2 (two) cookies and a drink and even tipped my change and when I got home I see I have 1 (one) cookie in my bag... very diligent workers ?

The lady that was waiting on people deserves 5+stars. She had a line of people and was waiting on them by herself. Had a smile on her face, was kind, made sure to ask questions so she would get the order correct. She was the best counter person I had seen in there in awhile!
