Went in to order and stood for a couple of minutes. The manager I’m assuming came from the kitchen stating it would be a while before we could order. Apparently it was her and the other employee that had to go to the bathroom. Doesn’t know when they would be back but when they are done and all washed up they could help us. Well that turned my stomach. All i could think of was him using the bathroom and having to wash his hands. No 2 I’m assuming lol. So we left. Proper communication skills are definitely needed there.

Had an online order put in for drive thru pickup. I verified everything was correct on the screen but our order was so messed up. I had about a $3 charge to customize my order with add on's and they forgotten those items. They also forgotten to add meat to a taco.

This location breaks my heart sometimes. It'll be great one time, the next, it will be a mess. I quit using the app because I always end up with everything messed up. The last time I went was Sunday night and the service was great and the food was great. I can't score it too high as it is all over the place on quality and for the price, it's a big gamble.

My orders have been missing items and they aren't regular items. They have things taken off and added. They don't even bother to replace it anymore.

Ordered here on doordash and when I got my food it was cold even though my dasher didn't waste any time delivering it. Then I was sick for 4 days after from food poisoning. When I have been in the to order they are very rude and power tripping. I won't order from this taco bell anymore. Really stinks because I love taco bell.

Soft tacos were sloppily prepared. Sour cream glob in one end only and greasy meat. Had to wait for registers to reboot. Wanted to get cinnamon twists but no one was watching the counter. The strawberry passion fruit drink was really good.
