I’ve been fed in one way or another by Ringo for over 20 years. Today I was lucky enough to stop by his family owned and operated restaurant here in Durand Il.This was a great experience from start to finish. Good conversation up front. Food came fresh and hot straight out of the kitchen. I had the home cut fries and Italian beef dipped juicy with peppers and cheese, fantastic! Chicago style food stand without being in Chicago. Come by and eat this place does not disappoint!!

Nothing great, over priced and over rated . Definitely not a fan of how food is bagged up to go . Fries tossed onto the hot dog and toppings and rolled in a paper and stuffed in a bag with the rest piled on smashing every thing . You just unwrap a failure pile of aldi's food .

I had Ringo's for the first time yesterday, the customer service was phenomenal and the speed of service was wonderful. I had the meatball sub sandwich, and it was amazing!! I will be telling more friends, and coming back in the near future. Just a reminder that this place only takes cash, that would be my only downside.

Great spot for lunch! Excellent hot dogs and polish sausages for reasonable prices. Fries were tasty, as well. Outstanding service from the friendly staff. Cool atmosphere, too! Highly recommend if you're in the Durand area and looking for a bite to eat.

1st off, this place is CASH ONLY! Be aware. They have an ATM in there just in case you need $$.I got a meatball sub. Bread was amazing and there was a ton of cheese. The meatballs we well cooked. The sauce is homemade and too sweet for my liking.
My first time stopping here, I came in from Brodhead WI, and let me start of by saying, the atmosphere is so welcoming! The people are extremely nice!. Now to the food, I got the gyro, fries and some cheese curds to try it all. In addition to an orange and vanilla swirl soft serve dish. The portions are huge! The gyro was stuffed, the fries are more than enough for 2 and the cheese curds are plenty to share. Great flavor on the gyro, the meat is very tender. The fries are fresh cut, and the cheese curds have very good flavor! I will definitely be back!! Very pleased ?
