Not the cleanest place for sure, and when did it become the norm to have no personality or customer service to work in food service? I really used to like Hardee's a lot, but nothing is what it used to be, and none have changed for the better.

I ordered two burgers one without cheese. I got two burgers both with cheese and one with bacon. I don't know if they didn't understand me but this is why I tend to avoid places that don't use an ordering app. I got home before I realized their mistake. I hate cheese on beef but my dogs seemed to enjoy it.

Burgers was great but my curly fries was cold so tell them make sure they are fresh you do not want them if they been sitting in the frying basket

I had a complicated order. Jeri was friendly, inviting, and handled my requests professionally. Superb employee of this establishment.
I agree the prices are steep for Hardee’s but I don’t mind paying high prices for a larger portion. Such as the 5 piece chicken tender plate. We received 3 pieces instead of the 5 we ordered, thankfully we were eating outside in our vehicle since it was so cold in there when I realized our order was incorrect. I went back in with receipt in hand and the manager was very understanding and kind. She took the old plate and made us a new one. That’s what made me write a review to say thank you for hearing me out and fixing our order, we appreciate you and your staff! Side note….the tenders are small just for future reference.
