Burgers was great but my curly fries was cold so tell them make sure they are fresh you do not want them if they been sitting in the frying basket

I agree the prices are steep for Hardee’s but I don’t mind paying high prices for a larger portion. Such as the 5 piece chicken tender plate. We received 3 pieces instead of the 5 we ordered, thankfully we were eating outside in our vehicle since it was so cold in there when I realized our order was incorrect. I went back in with receipt in hand and the manager was very understanding and kind. She took the old plate and made us a new one. That’s what made me write a review to say thank you for hearing me out and fixing our order, we appreciate you and your staff! Side note….the tenders are small just for future reference.

Would not recommend this location as the restaurant is not as clean as it should be, there is a long wait times and the food quality is subpar, lukewarm at best for my experience

Haven't been to a Hardee's in a few years because the food was overpriced and not prepared well. Give it one more try tonight.. Service was courteous and very fast. Like they already had the food made. Probably why the fries were lukewarm and soggy. Sandwich was a monster burger.. the meat was dry.. almost warm. I ordered a large drink, but I really don't know what it was in the cup. It kind of tasted like sweet dishwater. I'm done with Hardee's.
