Only reason this got 3 stars was the staff being awesome and helpful. Soda machine tasted weird, other customers noticed and said something as well, Ice didn’t work in machine either. The chicken strips tasted like they were old and just re heated. The fries were great, hot and fresh.

Hardee’s is okay at best, but there are plenty of other fast-food options that are a better use of your time and money.
The menu feels very similar to Jack in the Box, and if you’re expecting favorites from their sister company Carl’s Jr., like the Western Bacon Cheeseburger, you’ll be disappointed it’s not available.
The staff setup was honestly the most entertaining part of the visit. One person running the register, another standing next to them repeating the order, and a third telling the cashier which buttons to press. Funny to watch, but not exactly efficient.
Overall, it’ll do in a pinch, but it’s far from a first-choice fast-food stop.

I usually come in during late hours due to working night shifts, no issues. Love the night shift crew. Always friendly, energetic, and never fails to put a smile on my face. Yet, today, on my day off, came in to get some breakfast, and it was an entirely different mood. Everyone seemed irritated even though there were definitely more people on morning than nights, seemed rushed to get me out the door. I guess I’ll take this experience as a sign to only visit the night shift crew, yikes.

Not the cleanest place for sure, and when did it become the norm to have no personality or customer service to work in food service? I really used to like Hardee's a lot, but nothing is what it used to be, and none have changed for the better.
Not my first choice but it’s the only option. Great employees & my burger 🍔 was pretty good.
So check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and Holla at a Playa. 👌🏾

I ordered two burgers one without cheese. I got two burgers both with cheese and one with bacon. I don't know if they didn't understand me but this is why I tend to avoid places that don't use an ordering app. I got home before I realized their mistake. I hate cheese on beef but my dogs seemed to enjoy it.
