Worst coffee i ever tried and i know when its fresh but it looks like eather they dont know how to make it or its been sitting there for a while so i asked for a decaf and what did they gave me? Same coffe only they put water in it so it wont taste like regular coffee i mean we all know how the food and the coffee should taste and thats fresh but they been lazying around latetley it was just ugly the food it looked like its been sitting there since they open it did not taste fresh mc donalds if you keep this up people are gonna stop coming here

I broke my strike on McDonald's as I was heading out on the road and I needed to have dinner.
waited 15 minutes to get one Big Mac meal and it was just crazy waiting that long.
I felt so sorry for the young kid working the fronts cashiers position as he look like he was only 16 or so and he was hustling .
Next time I will just go hungry and wait till I get to my destination to eat something.

This McDonalds is great. Clean, updated, friendly staff and good food. We had to spend a a few hours here with our toddler while waiting for a tow truck and the staff was so kind.

Would be nice if the place would be open at the time it should be. Also the app shouldn’t allow you to order a frappe if the machine isn’t work which is a lot at this location. Either it’s broken, not clean, or out of product! Seems like they are loosing a lot of money by not having things right!

I’ve been here multiple times I live in Dwight and usually staff is very kind, happy, and very friendly. But recently I’ve come in and there’s a new manager with short hair, not pulled back, or even in a hairnet. (If it’s not pulled back it should probably be in a hairnet) and she’s very rude to the staff (which is mostly teenagers) bossing and pushing people around in an unfriendly way. The staff is unhappy and everyone looks like they’ve worked a 10 hour shift and want to go home. Also when she set down the order she yelled it out and I was wanting some extra sauces for my nuggets and she was kind of rude about it. Managers should be uplifting and motivate staff, not make them all want to go home or quit. I hope to come back and see the friendly smiley faces of the staff. (Most likely whenever that new manager is not there) Not everyone can be be manager but everyone can be nice.

Very dirty restrooms. The drink area was extremely gross as well….i had to use a napkin to open the lid dispenser because it was sticky and covered with film. I’m not even sure why I ate from here 🤢
