First time I’ve been to Station 343…. My husband stops sometimes on his way home from Wrigley Field and he was right- food and atmosphere are great. Delicious GF fish and chips. Extensive GF menu- so nice to see for us celiacs. We’ll be back!

Ordered chicken Alfredo. No Alfredo sauce. Poorly made. Look at the noodles. My 12 yr old can make garlic noodles... 19.00 $.. don't recommend for there food. The place looks nice But the food sucks.

I would like to say we would come back but unfortunately I would have to say we will not. It started with the front end of the restaurant. Upon arrival we stood at the front for about 10 mins before we were acknowledged and then after asked for my name for the reservation (which was at 6:30 we arrived at 6:25) we were told "we will get to you when we can". After asking how long approximately I was given the same response "I don't know we will get to you when we can". After waiting almost 45 mins we were finally sat at our table and waited another 10-15 mins before drink order where taken. After asking the waitress about the pricing for the weekend specials we were told she was not allowed to show us the special menu with pricing which I find suspicious and kinda shiesty that pricing could not be given. After dinner orders where put in I was forgot about several time while everyone else got there salads I was left without my soup while other tables where being served there soups. After letting the waitress know about the missing soup she made a joke about it (which would of been fine if this night would be been smoother) I feel as there was no urgency by the wait staff with how many people were waiting to get in. The meals came out one at a time and then my fiance had to wait longer for her tenderloin sandwich due to a mess up in the kitchen (ok things happen it is what it is). The food was good but not worth the money... at least not for my meal ($35.00 braised beef rib). The rib was good but not much meat on the bone had more fat than meat. The garlic grits where cold and clumped together. The garlic mashed potatoes where cold and sticky but by the time we got our food I was not about to send it back and wait any longer for food. I heard lots of good things about this place but for my group it missed the marks on all levels. And before you blame valentines day on this that's why you make reservations only on days like that to control the flow of dinner.
The staff was Great and food was Delicious. Thanks Joy for treating my girl good on her Birthday ❤️

While the food was good, the service was horrible. Took us 20 minutes to get our drink order taken & over 50 minutes to have our food order taken. Waitress never asked how our appetizer or meal was & never told us about the specials. Never got our salads before our meal & waitress offered to bring them, but I said it was too late as we were brought our meals. The waitress never offered any apology or compensation for skipping a course. Plus, if my husband hadn’t asked, she would not have offered to refill our water or ask if we wanted another drink. I asked for a manager when the waitress brought the check. Manager made it right in the end, but it was definitely not a pleasant experience.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars across the board. It was possibly the best meal and service I have ever had. Our waitress Joy M was was incredibly nice and helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the food and wines. My steak bites were each cooked a perfect medium rare (as ordered).
The wife and I's only regret is that it is unlikely we will be able to make it back as it is so far away from us.
