The girl that was working the register with the scorpion tattoo and glasses was rude and she kept messing up our order and forgot to make 2 of our bagels and instead of apologizing she tried to say that I only ordered one bagel and after double checking she finally made our order to later find out on our drive home that she didn’t even make the bagels correctly.we had to to wait for over 40 minutes just to get our complete order. We have been to this location before and love the food and customer service I just don’t believe she represented the business correctly and left me with a bad taste for the location.

For the five stars they need to take ur order faster the coffee 10/10 super recommended but they always be like can u give me second take like 7 minutes wait the drive thru to take ur order most of the time they aint busy

Read what I wanted directly from the menue the drinks and the bagels were both wrong . How do u get my order wrong directly from the menu. ridiculous. Two hot lattes that taste like pure hot water . also got cold on the drive back home the drive is 10 min … the bagels already hard and cold also on top of being completely wrong . I’m gonna stick to the Randall road location. On top of that the service was dead slow and the girl had an attitude .

Having no line in drive-through and still waited 10 minutes. Worst experience for a coffee stop. False advertisement employee have no knowledge plus forgot to add milk/creamer in the coffee and it was hot coffee and I have to ask for sleeve because it was burning my hand.
