We were seated and the waitress came by after a few minutes to take our order. We asked for waters for the table. It took a while for our food to come out, but since we were catching up with friends at another table, we didn’t mind the wait.

The first issue was that our food didn’t come out at the same time—my husband’s plate arrived about 10 minutes after mine. We didn’t complain since it was the end of the brunch rush and we understand things can get hectic. But halfway through eating, I realized we still hadn’t received our waters. The waitress never came back to check on us after dropping off the food, so I went to the front and asked about it. The hostess said she would let the waitress and manager know. About five minutes later, we finally got our drinks.

The waitress did apologize, but it felt forced—she seemed irritated more than anything. Shortly after, she brought us the check and some to-go boxes. When I went to leave feedback on the screen and skip the tip (because the service was disappointing), she actually tried to reach over and skip the screen herself. I told her I wasn’t done and left honest feedback while she stood there with a rude, unprofessional attitude.

Overall, the food was just okay—not worth the poor service. I definitely won’t be returning to this location. The Elgin one has much better service and friendlier staff.

Not the Manor!

Our food came right out,
Our meals were not warm.
How do they expect us to eat cold eggs?
I will never go back there.

Came in for breakfast with a friend on a weekday. Getting our order taken was slow, tables before us were able to place an order. We finally did and I order a cup of soup. All food comes out 30 min later to which I still have no soup- told it would be out shortly. Another ten minutes pass and I’m told they are all out but we’re making a different type of soup. 40 minutes in and I’m barely told my food would not be out. My friend was already halfway through her meal and ended up not ordering anything else. Not worth another 40 minute wait. We ended up leaving and having to get lunch elsewhere. No refills, and we had to go back to the host station to pay- to which the soup was still listed. No communication with customers, kitchen, or even between staff.

Despite the Mother's Day rush and the restaurant being packed, our breakfast experience at Briana's was delightful, and that's largely thanks to Dina Erpido.

She maintained incredible customer delight, handling the busy atmosphere with grace and efficiency.

Her positive attitude and attentiveness made our special day even better.

Very cramped, loud and no music.

Food is large portion good for what you get!
I recommend they add spinach to the menu to add and there isnt alot to choose off the menu
