Waitress that helped us was amazing

Was very pleased with my experience with Brianna's. Food and service was excellent.

Restaurants just aren’t what they used to be. I remember having coffee served within the first 10 minutes of sitting down, now they just walk past you 7 times until you wave them down to come take your order. Can’t complain about the food, the service is just not good.

I've eaten there Five times. First & second time was good for breakfast. From the second time and fifth it really changed.
No hot water in the women's washroom. Service wasn't that great. I had to ask twice for my drink. I had to ask for butter. My omelet was a lot smaller then the second time when I ordered it. My pancakes were cold. The butter didn't melt. I don't think my husband's coffee ever got a refill. I asked for the check never got it. I had to get it at the cashier stand.

Does not disappoint every time I visit. Their gravy is as close to mine as you can get. Daniel was a wonderful waitress. Thought of everything we needed and was not over attentive, something that is hard to accomplish.

I ordered and left notes said please remove tomato add cheese, got my whole order wrong i called and their response was “well maybe next time call us and tell us before it gets delivered” even though I had literally wrote it in the notes?!? It’s not job to babysit you guys to make sure my order is right.
