I want to start off by saying this is the most horrible browns chicken location I ever been too. I asked for fresh chicken and I got chicken that was not only burned but the grease 100 percent wasnt changed because it was dry and you can taste the difference even the onion rings were burned. Very rude and rushing you to order then I asked for some napkins and it was if I did something wrong .asked for light ice on the drink and got a bunch of ice I mean for crying out loud just wanted a nice meal. I was so disappointed I threw the food in the garbage it was that bad I mean wow !!!! Then they can barley speak English so that makes it difficult placing your order any how bottom line food was horrible need to take time changing grease please .someone can get sick eating old grease just saying.sorry will never eat here agin....

In a nutshell? I’m disappointed. I physically watched the guy in the back grab chicken from the warmer which is in plain customer view, and toss it in the fryer to reheat it. The girl upfront was super nice and helpful which I appreciate, however I know the food health code and she would have been wearing a hairnet. Nope. Wasn’t. So that’s sorta gross. The restaurant honestly needs dang good cleaning. A lot of grime everywhere. Cob webs. It just wasn’t great really. When I got home the chicken tasted absolutely like it was reheated. The biscuits were not biscuits. They were corn bread muffins. I guess I’m just plain out disappointed. I remember browns as a kid and it was nothing like what I had last night. Do youself the favor. Just leave browns as a memory. Atleast it won’t disappoint.

Ordered a spaghetti and meatballs with a breast. Drove home 20 mins and discovered the pasta was badly overcooked by the older guy there. I told the woman I tossed the pasta in garbage but she demanded I return it for a refund. Told her I could send picture with pasta in garbage as I tossed it. She replied not acceptable so my last time going there and leaving this review. Reason not many customers at this place
