If leaving a 0/5 stars was an option I’d gladly choose it. Driving 20 minutes to an establishment to have the guy behind the counter tell us they can’t make/serve food to us until their coworker arrives (in 45 minutes) is beyond ridiculous. I am tired of the “understaffed” excuse. If you don’t have enough people do not continue to have an “open” sign illuminating in your window. This location is rubbish.
