We hired Duke to cater our wedding and I couldn’t have better things to say about the experience. The food was incredible and Duke and his family were so kind, compassionate, and helpful through the whole experience. This man is doing great things, support this amazing business.

Ordered the Mississippi sausage which was decent, it came with a stale bun which was not edible. Ordered all the sides they had, side Mac, which was beyond bland, zero seasoning at all. Baked beans, canned but they added chunks of meat which was good. My wife got the pulled pork, I tried it and meh. It was lacking seasoning and flavor. Would have been nice if the sandwich came with sauce on the side, it was drenched in sauce, bun was also stale. Ordered cornbread which was tasteless and hard/stale. Best thing was the slaw but they only gave a little in a black sauce cup which was not even filled all the way.
For what I paid I will not return. They did have smokers going which was cool and it smelled amazing. I hate seeing BBQ joints that claim they smoke their food but there is no smoker to be found.

it's right off the bike trail, and a convenient place to get lunch, as i got the pulled pork sandwich that was delicious, and today, I was seved by the owner who was very nice, and I'll keep coming back, if they play Blues music, and serve delicious food with fast and friendly service.

If you want the greatest BBQ in illinois hands down come on over to Dukes. Best baked beans ive ever had, the pulled pork is tender and smoky. The Mississippi sausage is out of this world. I've come here back to back days and eaten the entire menu. Its incredibly reasonable, the family is so friendly, Dukes a great guy with a clear passion for what hes doing and you can taste it in the food. Great atmosphere. Its everything you can ask for. My fiance and I have eaten BBQ all across the country and this is my favorite. There's nothing on the menu that isn't phenomenal. Please do yourself a favor and come by here you will not regret it and you will be back here over and over again. Thanks for the great food!

This is really trail side bbq so not quite a restaurant but the quality of the meat is incredible. Do not expect much in terms of sides as this is all about the bbq cooked meat. The briquets were unbelievably tender and just right.

I've been enjoying Duke's food since he started a the East Dundee farmer's marketing with a couple of kettle grills. Now a full-fledged smoking enterprise, his food just keeps getting better. By far, the best smoked turkey legs I've ever eaten. They're not always offered, so get them when you can. My wife and I love the pulled chicken. And I'm a huge fan of the brisket and rib tips. Really, everything I've tried from Duke's is delicious, including the sides.

I had been waiting to try Dukes in Dundee for awhile. I didn't know how it all worked so when I saw the Facebook post they were doing deals I ran over. Service was amazing. Owner talked to you, brought my food to my car when it was ready. Great guy. Prices and portions are unmatched. Huge portions with sides for one price. Food was delicious. Excellent BBQ and the sides were all amazing! The owner is very personable and knew almost every customer that stopped by during my half hour lunch. All of the repeat customers are a testament of how good this BBQ is! I will definitely be back.
