Cold soup, order was wrong just not a good experience

Went there yesterday and service was terrible I ordered the tuna melt with fries and the person I was with had soup which was not hot. Well when my food came the fries where seasoned fries I told her I didn't care for season fries her response was oh they are not that season and proceeded to say I should of told you we ran out of regular fries. So instead of offering me something else She just walked away. This place isn't the same what a shame.

The food was very good. The waitress, my husband and I had, was nice, friendly, and punctual..

New Management- Wonderful people. Great service Brianna was our server. Lots of fresh and homemade items to choose from. Love all the choices for homemade soup and the salad bar has great variety too. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner. If you have not been go check them out. Great place to meet up with friends & family. Daily specials. Yum! Sunday is the best Cream of Chicken soup!

I have been coming here for years. The new owners John and Sula are very friendly. In addition to now making everything from scratch, they now have a game room, and alcohol. Beautiful family atmosphere and engaging staff. Updated menu with reasonable prices. You should give them a try - I think you will be pleasantly surprised.

Went there for breakfast this past weekend! And my server Alicia went above and beyond. My service was fantastic and she was so helpful. I had both of my children with me, and she laughed with them, and made them both smile. made the experience that much better. I will definitely be back! If you want a great server with an amazing attitude, See Alicia !!!!

We had breakfast here this morning and really enjoyed it! It was clear they used good quality ingredients and cooked everything perfectly. There was a lot of variety on the menu we were excited to see they offered a salad bar. The service was great, we were happy they put us in a private corner with our infant daughter. We've super excited this place is near our neighborhood and we will be back!

I was here over the weekend and had such a great experience. Our server Alicia was so happy and helpful. She went above and beyond to make our experience great her attentiveness and genuine demeanor were truly a breath of fresh air! Will for sure be back!

Where to begin? My 7yr old daughter is a 4th generation customer. She will be the last. Consistency, family friendly, and quality is missing from this equation. I would go out of my way to discourage anyone from going here. I'd say at your own risk is appropriate for this establishment. Never coming back.

Alicia was an amazing server! She was polite, respectful, and patient. She also answered all of our questions with no issues. 4 stars only because the gltuen free pancakes were extremely dry.

This place is awful. They write your name on the waiting list and you see people come in and be seated before you. Also waiters are very rude and are always rushing you.

John and Sula have improved the Manor by a thousand percent!! The food is freshly made and very delicious. Go and eat there...you will not be disappointed. The staff are friendly and will bend over backwards for everyone. You will enjoy your food and the atmosphere. By the way, child friendly restaurant.

Great place to eat. The food is amazing. I enjoy sitting out on their patio as well on nice days. The owners make you feel like you are eating at home.

Waitress was great and that's why I gave some stars BUT man oh man, for a breakfast place.... EXPENSIVE. Any little thing they can charge you for they will. Charged for onions in a skillet, a little tiny thing of salsa which should have came free with a TEXAS skillet. They definitely need to add more seasoning to their food. Everything was so bland. I hate leaving bad reviews but just my food & My husbands w/ 2 sprites was $37. That's a little much for just breakfast.

I have no words to say about this amazing restaurant.It's gorgeous. The stuff was so kind. The atmosphere was relaxing.They were so clear.It was a nice experience to eat in this special restaurant.I would like to visit it again.
