You know, it's funny... I sometimes get my orders correct and most of the time not. I mean who makes a mistake of not putting/stirring the sugar in the cofee. Bring it up at the window and THEY TELL YOU to stir it?! Wait you want ME to stir it? I don't work there! That's your job! I would rate this place a complete zero but I gotta give at least 1 star for getting my coffee hot and my food warmed. Another weird thing is, no matter how many bad reviews this place gets they are still getting a lot of business. Interestingly, I guess people don't care about review anymore. Don't understand what you're saying at the drive through. You have to repeat yourself several times And they don't get it right anyway. The service isn't very friendly either. You don't like your job get a different one.
Parking: Very busy around there, it is hard to find places to park and small hard to get around because other businesses are in there

Was there at 8:01 in the drive-through E. Dundee Higgins Rd. and it’s 858 pm that I’m getting out of the drive-through that’s insane and unacceptable and I get home and it’s a large when I asked for an XL Hot cream and sugar. That’s why I drove to this one and not Carpentersville because it’s open 24 hours and it’s busier but that’s out of my way for a large when I didn’t want.

I always have a frustrating experience at this Dunkin' Donuts drive-through. The lady at the speaker consistently has difficulty understanding my order, and I often receive the wrong items. When I bring up the issue, they make it seem like it's my fault. Today, after I visited the Immediate Care, I crossed my fingers and hoped that the staff wouldn't have my order mixed up. Unfortunately, they got my order wrong once again. I requested a simple order of half a dozen mixed donuts and a hibiscus hot tea, but they didn't get it right. Here is a photo of what I received. Not sure what I just ingested.

Im never the type to make reviews but this was a joke for the service provided. Night shift lady was extremely rude after we told her she made the wrong drink and shook her head at us clamming she heard a hot latte and not the matcha latte i ordered took the coffee from my hand and threw it to the side shaking her head constantly. Then when i asked for the recipe she said she had thrown it away already made a sigh and dug through the trash for it. Closed the window before i could ask for her name. Then too look at my drink and its half empty. RIDICULOUS!!!

The donut I got here was pathetic I got through the drive thru and didn't see it till I was already 19 miles away or I would of went back. It looked like it had been left out in the heat or something the frosting was melted and dried on donut. It looks like it was painted on. I've never had a worse donut in my life. I'd give them 0 stars I wish this would let me leave a picture it is that bad
