I was very rudely yelled at this morning 9/12, for asking a question and for not giving the size of my drink right away. Please tell the old lady in the drive thru to be kinder. No one likes being yelled at 4 in the morning. I tried doing the survey for more details but the receipt given doesn’t work to give the survey.

This message is intended for the owner they call Kush. Your microwave for heating up food is not working. I’ve seen you before and are always upset with your employees and always pushing them around. I had to literally dig for some information to get your name as if your employees did not want to give it to me maybe because you treat them bad. Stop being a cheapskate and replace your equipment. The equipment is failing and making the food taste horrible. Let this be a lesson to you that treating your employees bad will get you nowhere. Rule of thumb if you have an education which makes me believe you don’t have one. TAKE CARE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES. THE EMPLOYEES WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS. AND THE PROFITS WILL TAKE CARE OF THEMSELVES.

You know, it's funny... I sometimes get my orders correct and most of the time not. I mean who makes a mistake of not putting/stirring the sugar in the cofee. Bring it up at the window and THEY TELL YOU to stir it?! Wait you want ME to stir it? I don't work there! That's your job! I would rate this place a complete zero but I gotta give at least 1 star for getting my coffee hot and my food warmed. Another weird thing is, no matter how many bad reviews this place gets they are still getting a lot of business. Interestingly, I guess people don't care about review anymore. They're all just hungry ...

Don't understand what you're saying at the drive through. You have to repeat yourself several times And they don't get it right anyway. The service isn't very friendly either. You don't like your job get a different one.
Parking: Very busy around there, it is hard to find places to park and small hard to get around because other businesses are in there

Was there at 8:01 in the drive-through E. Dundee Higgins Rd. and it’s 858 pm that I’m getting out of the drive-through that’s insane and unacceptable and I get home and it’s a large when I asked for an XL Hot cream and sugar. That’s why I drove to this one and not Carpentersville because it’s open 24 hours and it’s busier but that’s out of my way for a large when I didn’t want.
